Recently stayed at the Four Seasons New York Downtown, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff’s warmth and professionalism set the tone for a perfect stay. The rooms were impeccably designed—spacious, modern, and luxurious, with stunning city views and incredibly comfortable beds. The bathroom was like a private spa, complete with a deep soaking tub and a rainfall shower. The amenities were exceptional, especially the serene indoor lap pool and the state-of-the-art fitness center. The spa offered a wide range of treatments, and I left feeling completely rejuvenated.

My watch was stolen in the room it was locked in my bag, and after one week of my check out the investigation report shows they didn’t find it unfortunately.

The Four Seasons Downtown is in a terrific location if you want to explore Tribeca, SoHo and the Downtown area. It is a slightly more edgy, funky version of the Four Seasons brand, whilst retaining all the character and class of the original.

Sometimes you can be a little too cool for school and forget that Four Seasons guests really like to be welcomed back, but that is a slight boggle rather than a grouch. This is a fine property.

The location was really good. The staff were helpful and friendly. The rooms are of good size and very comfortable. The has an electronic tablet in the room so you can chat with the staff and place your requests and in-room dinning orders through that. Overall, a good experience.

The only issue we faced was that the house keeping staff did not fill out some of the amenities in the room, so we had to call and request for them a couple of times.

The service was incredible. The front desk, bellhop, cleaners. Everyone was consistently friendly, considerate and would go out of their way to help us. The people really made this stay extra special! Thank you! They also have a great car service which is a bonus

I recently stayed at Four Seasons Hotel New York Downton and had a pleasant experience. The hotel had a welcoming atmosphere, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, providing a good night's sleep. The hotel's location was convenient, allowing easy access to nearby attractions. Overall, it was a satisfying stay and I would consider staying there again in the future.

The Four Seasons New York Downtown is a great hotel. The hotel bar is nice and the in-house restaurant "CUT" by Wolfgang Puck is excellent. The rooms are nice and neat and the beds are as usual for Four Seasons very comfortable. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful.

Our room was not ready upon arrival. As we are regular guests of this hotel and other Four Seasons, they upgraded us to an outstanding suite. The restaurant Cut by Wolfgang Puck is exceptional in every way.

Feathers in room. They changed it but still felt effects of allergies through the night.
