The staff,first and foremost. lahat mababait,courteous, may cute guy pa nag nagturo saamin sa margie's 😁 ung uniform skirt ng mga woman staff, Parang gusto kong mang arbor, ang ganda! proud Pinoy hindi corney. and of course, the ambiance.very homie. I love your margherita pizza, the best! We stayed Aug 23 to 24. bumalik pa kmi ng Aug 26-27 didn't bother to look for another hotel because Almont is the coolest. pati location, kumpleto ung paligid. near Unitop, food establishments, grocery, church, Plaza Street foods, salon etc. Kumportable sa lugar ito. 💗

we went back because our stay in room 406 is the coolest. when we went back, we stayed at 408 unfortunately, there a lot of ants. Improvement lang sana sa parking and menu breakfast. 4 na nga (Corned beef, Longanisa, Fried chicken and Fish), naubusan pa ung fist. Of course, since kasama un sa binayadan, we're looking for the value of our money. please also put rag inside the CR. iisa lang ung rag ng unit eh welcome rag pa

Shuttle service. Huge help specially we arrived around 7pm and light showers happen on that night. Hailing public transport a bit difficult if it does not have the shuttle service. Breakfast. No complains,it does its job.

No electric kettle,utensils,spoon cup glasses. Bottled drinking water no refill. Only 1 towel provided once settled in the room. Had to request for another one and they happily send another one. Just purchase your own bar of soap and shampoo. Haha the one provided is not enough No cable tv running during our stay.

Internet connection isaue - my security policy didnt accept because it is connected to fujian China As a software engineer & cybersecurity My iphone and mcbook pro - security monitor didnt accept the connection - please inprove it

The hotel was clean and comfortable, the staff was really helpful and kind! They even helped us with bringing our lugage to the 4th floor :) if we had any needs they helped us with it, thank you to all the staff of Almont city for providing us an excellent service!!

Friendly & helpful staff, nice room, good aircon, lots of TV channels, hot shower. Excellent wifi speed of 112.

No elevator! Had to walk up and down to top floor with bad knees. Very hard to watch TV from bottom bunk-bed, as the ladder (for the top bunk) is in the way of the view. Soap-dish in shower was loose and broke during use. Not a complaint - jeepney driver took us to Almont Resort, you need to ask for Almont City Hotel.

The location was the best for me. It was in the middle of the city and everything was accessible. Stayed there for almost a week and had to bring my work with me. It was very quiet and I was able to work without any issue.

I think the only downside is that they no longer had the laundry service. There were close laundry places, but it would have been more convenient if they had it in house. But everything else was superb.

As a foreigner I find the free breakfast menu to be very limiting, at least for my taste. Otherwise the food is fine.

Not to be on 4th floor. Bathrooms need a makeover/update No fridge in rooms No kettle or tea/coffee making facilities.

It's really good value for money. The hotel is beautiful. It's modern, spacious, has ample storage, a work station, and toiletries are good not cheap. Oh and food is ok. Sometimes a miss because the last time the corned beef was too salty.

The parking area. The receptionist kept calling early morning about our car which was correctly parked. There was another owner who didn't park correctly.

Very accommodating staff, value for money and good location. Good selection of breakfast and we were able to have it for take out as we had to check out very early the next day. We left an item in the room and the housekeeping staff were able to retrieve it. Kodus!

The only downside is there was no elevators. We couldn’t get a room in the lower floor considering we had a senior with us who struggled with the stairs going to the 4th floor.

I really like the hotel coz it's close to the church...any moment you can go to to church that's what I really love..and the staff very friendly if u have concern about anything else they do right away without waiting.
