Great location. Loved the history and decor of the hotel which is family operated. We were warmly welcomed by Owners and Staff who made sure we had everthing we needed. Daily water was much appreciated. Secure building. Such a lovely experience compared to staying in a modern hotel. Thankyou for a lovely stay!

I booked this hotel for my father and he loved it. He had a lovely suite at this location, with a big bedroom, living room and bathroom. It was beautifully decorated and the staff took very good care of him during his stay. You can't beat the location!

Nice location, old pretty building, right by a lovely park.
Our first room smelled of heavy cigarette smoke. So bad that we could not stay in it. We had payed extra for this slightly larger room and were not offered a partial refund when we moved to a smaller room that did not smell. The rest of the rooms were outdated. It was very loud as almost all rooms are on the large foyer you walk into. Lots of echos and doors slamming. AC didn’t work, though we hardly needed it because the old building kept it fairly cool. A little too warm at night though. Some of the front desk staff were friendly, others would not make eye contact. No one was very helpful.
