was a good location ….
that u have to use the key to go to your floor and is very inconvenient when u are traveling with a group of family and u all get different floors u can’t just go to ur family’s rooms without have to jump to different hoops to get to ur moms room. another thing is that they don’t have a private parking but we did not run into any inconvenience, we were there for 3 nights. I’ll choose fiesta inn again on my next trip to chihuahua!

It is close to most of the good restaurants and the mall
The elevator does whatever it wants 😅we got stuck a couple of times also the hotel shares the parking lot with the mall

You can hear everything the other guests are doing in their rooms and/or hallway. The pool was VERY dirty.

The staff is amazing. You can improve the menu for food you don't have that much to choose from but other than that, it was good, and the lobby like floor lobby was super hot poor doorman that are there, I had surgery and had to wait down there for my Uber and omg it was super hot...I was starting to feel uncomfortable since my Uber took a bit because it got lost lol.
The ground lobby, since it was super hot,, the restaurant didn't really have much choices of food to choose from.
