Breakfast was great. Billy is always so accommodating. When he took a few days off due to illness the staff stepped right in and did an awesome job trying to fill Billy's shoes.

Booking.com completely messed up our reservations, but Best Western fixed most of it. All I need too do is get our money back for the double charge.

The breakfast was great…..better than a restaurant. The man and woman doing breakfast were amazing. The rooms were clean like the size.

Needed another blanket in the room for the pull out couch it only had a sheet on it. And another blanket for the bed. The rooms were a little stuffy without the air on. Woman at the front desk openly complained to me about people staying there. And the address listed on this site took me to out in the middle of nowhere.

Nice and new….was taken aback by the list of items prices in the room if you plan on stealing anything!!! Really who steals hotel stuff that thousands of others have used or handled??? Otherwise lovely place to stay for the night!!

Could use some more parking….we were hauling a trailer and not much space….if the hotel was full there would have not been any room for us! Other than that nothing at all wrong!!!

The room to be a traditional room with 2 queen beds was nice and spacious. The room was extremely clean and the sheets and towels were white and bright. Tv had a lot of channels and it was a 52in. The chair with foot stool was comfortable and easy to take a nap in. Staff was extremely friendly.

The facilities and staff overall are very welcoming and warm. The building appears to be relatively new and I would guess it's just a few years old. The free breakfast is much more than is typically seen including table service for things like scrambled eggs, bacon, waffles, biscuits, and gravy.

My only complaints are that the bathroom light and fan are on a single switch with the fan being quite loud. Additionally, there is no recycling available and when I asked about availability in a call to the front desk, I was given a clear and rather indignant "no."

The person making and serving breakfast was incredible.

During the busy times the hard working breakfast guy could have used some help via an assistant to note orders down, or bus tables… Do whatever was needed as he directed, to assist him, even if it was just clearing the waffle dispenser stand or emptying a full can of trash.

Bill that took care of the breakfast was fantastic! Not only was the food great but his service was amazing. He definitely deserves recognition.

Housekeeper did not check to see if we needed anything. We ended up with no towels on Sunday and overflowing trash cans. For the price paid that should have been done.

Everyone made you feel right at home. Then the breakfast experience was hands down the best we've experienced. We each had a plate of food made for us and brought to our table. In addition to fruit, yogurt, cereal, and waffles we could help ourselves too.

Love this hotel. I have stayed there 3 times since it was built. Excellent. Love the indoor pool and breakfast.

My only complaint is the price. $200 a night is a little high for a hotel in Tennessee. But there isn’t anything better or even close in Laweranceburg.

Our room was spacious. The view was beautiful. The facilities were wonderful. The gym offered a nice warm up to the morning. The pool was perfectly warm and peaceful. The staff went above and beyond. Best place I have stayed with my family!
