Complimentary breakfast was very nice (and very good). Convenient location for our needs. Maid service graciously worked around our schedule and was very accommodating. Everything was very clean. Beds were very comfortable.

Microwave is too low. Not good for bad backs, and too difficult to read numbers and options. Hooks in bathroom are WAY too high. Hand soap dispenser would be better on adjoining wall. Soap/shampoo dispensers in shower would be better on back wall at end of tub rather than in the middle. Shower head too high, and an additional grab bar at back end of tub would be helpful. Lighting was dim. Either brighter bulbs or an additional lamp would help.

I always like the staff because they are friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was delicious.

We has the room for disabled people. very spacious room but there was no chairs except for a rolling desk chair and a stool. The shower was nice but there was not enough barrier to keep the rest of the floor dry. The sign outside blocked the view out the window so the lights was kind of annoying at night.

The hotel was very clean and quiet. No slamming doors or toilets flushing. The staff was super nice and friendly. The breakfast was well prepared and generous. Location was convenient to shopping and dining. Highly recommend staying at this hotel.

The weather!

Everyone was nice that I talked to. Kristen kept in touch to make sure everything was going good. Breakfast was excellent.

It’s not that I didn’t like it, but the bathroom mirror was far away to put my makeup on and i wear glasses and it was kinda hard to see. Maybe add a extension mirror that is magnifying.

Alissa at the front desk was outstanding. There was a problem with the prepayment made through Booking.com. The Hampton Inn system did not show the prepayment. An additional payment was made. I took the confirmation email back down to the front desk to discuss the duplicate payment. Alissa very professionally took charge and contacted booking .com. The end result was that booking.com issued a refund back to my credit card. Please let the manager of this location knowing what an outstanding employee Alissa is. Thank you Alissa!!!

Very warm and cozy environment!

I enjoyed my visit no complaint! My kids loved the employees and warm welcome everytime we came in and out!

Very clean and quiet, a lot of parking and hot buffet style breakfast, and fitness center was clean and didn't smell bad.

The power was out and the sliding doors would not open, which is concerning from a safety point of view but we were able to get in the building with some help from staff and the rest of the stay was amazing

It was very well maintained and clean. Breakfast staff was amazing and pleasant. Highly recommended and will stay there again

plenty of parking available

there should be a rail by the edge where the slope is located facing the interstate. the lighting of the parking lot is not good, there were only a few parking lot lights working. this is a big security/safety concern for all around the building. aside from this the inside of the facilities was clean and spacious and the team members were all friendly and helpful!

Bed was great! Slept perfectly. Breakfast was great, food selection plenty and it was hot. Very pleased.

We had a cracked window, glass was broken in multiple places and could hear the wind howl and being on first floor, should be a priority to fix
