The hotel was great. The staff was very friendly, and the place was very clean.

The only thing that could’ve been better was the breakfast. A little on the plain and simple side no eggs and no sausage no bacon not a lot of hot food. But other than that, the place was excellent, and the staff was very friendly and the place was super clean

The room was as nice as it gets in Lewisburg. We always stay at the Richland Inn when we visit Lewisburg. The lady at the front desk is always great. We will be back soon.

The carpet in the hotel was dirty the rooms were not clean as usual. We had others with us staying and the room was nasty. The lampshade looked like it had caught fire and was barely hanging on. The bathrooms were not clean and again the floors were dirty. Of course, we will be back and I hope things are cleaned up

Not a buffet. Not a lot of choices for breakfast, but what was offered was good. Microwave, fridge, and recliner in room. Plenty of parking. Staff friendly and helpful. A little highway noise but only from hot rods and some trucks Other than that, mostly quiet. Our room was on the first floor and faced the highway. Since I am handicapped we requested that location. We really enjoyed our stay. A great value for the money.

Only 3 small pillows on bed, Recently had surgery and have to sleep sitting up. Asked for more and they were quick to provide them.

The staff for sure. They have always treated me like family every time I was there. They have been able to give me the room that I wanted as well. Very accommodating if something doesn't meet your expectations. Honesty goes a long way with the staff.

Now don't get me wrong the place is clean and I have never had issues 9 out of 10 times I was there. The only issue would be that some people smoke outside and sometimes would go back in the room but if you tell them they are more than willing to move you into another room. Also, one time, again 1 out 10 times I found a cockroach in my room but after I told them it seemed to have fixed the issue the next time I stayed in the same room a couple weeks later.

I like the location. Easy to go and come and near places you may need to go. The lighting outside is also a plus. The staff are friendly and always available to help if needed. The rooms are comfortable and clean.

I don't have any complaints but if you're used to all the fancies and higher priced places, this may not be for you.

The gentleman at the desk was extremely nice and accomodating. My room was clean, good sized and even had a balcony

Bed was just a little harder than I prefer. Breakfast was sparse and not well stocked.

Decor needed upgraded. Bedspread had holes in it. I used my own blanket as I didn't see on. Recliner needed to be replaced it looked worn. In my sister's room 120 the lampshades were broken and should be replaced. For the price it wasn't bad, but my husband said he wouldn't stay there again.

I was there for three days and it was ok. The water was hot and the bed was clean. I worked 16 hours each day so that's about all I have to share.

Wifi wasn't the best when needed and breakfast didn't start till 6 ish so I never got that luxury. I didn't have an ice container. No coffee pot either and it said there was suppose to be one in the room.☹️

The room was clean and very comfortable. Bed and recliner were both surprisingly comfortable. I loved that there was plenty of light on the outside after dark. The staff was very kind and attentive. Probably the best stay I've had in awhile.

I think maybe the price could have been a little less but I think maybe we're all feeling that right now...

Everyone was so nice. It had everything we needed to visit close by family. Was great for our pup to be able to join. Would stay again without hesitation!
