Really thought we were alone in this hotel because how quiet it was. Saw all the cars outside but never heard anybody expect when I went to get breakfast. Everybody was very pleasurable and pilot when I had a need or a question. We definitely be back when we come to Nashville again. Not too far from city and really enjoyed the quiet. The coffee was wonderful!

Tried to have 2 apples for breakfast. Both felt fine but once I bit into them they were rotten. Gave up on a third but I felt like it was a honest mistake.

We had a handicapped room but still had a low tub vs a walk in shower. Gentleman on the front desk was wonderful, helpful, friendly, etc. Breakfast variety was good., but wish it had been open until 10:00.

Stool lid was loose in our room. Would have preferred a walk in shower.

The property was well lit and conveniently accessible. There was plenty of parking and restaurants within walking distance. Our room was very clean and smelled great. Beds were comfortable and the breakfast was off the charts.

I really can’t give any negative comments.

It was a very nice hotel, very clean and the room was comfy and as expected. The breakfast was very nice and the hotel itself was very beautiful and seemed like a brand new hotel. Very friendly staff as we had a problem with our room cards and the lady at the front desk fixed it immediately!

It was very noisy, we could easily hear people above us in the night and beside us stomping and running around. I don’t believe it was the hotels fault, but I’ve never encountered a noise issue before like this one. The hardwood floors probably played a big role in the noise, it woke us up a few times in the early morning, even the doors were very loud. I personally feel that it was a bit high for the location. The Comfort Inn and suites right next to the Cool Springs Galleria was going for a bit cheaper and it was in walking distance of a bunch of attractions and restaurants, but we weren’t able to stay at that one sadly.

Size of room and quiet.

Breakfast was not very much to be desired. Went to use pull out sofa and there were food crumbs all over the sheet French fries under it on the floor. Front staff did give me a brand new cover for the bed. Really was not very comfortable. Everything else was clean and comfortable.

Breakfast was pretty good with the exception of the coffee.

The coffee was awful. I'm not too picky about my coffee but what they served there was awful. I had to add hot chocolate to it to be able to drink it and that didn't take care of the flavor of the coffee. They need to change the brand of their coffee or do something. We ended up going to a nearby gas station/store to get coffee every morning. Also, one late afternoon/evening somebody apparently was smoking on the 2nd floor, and smoke came into our room. Then later in the evening the smoke was throughout 2nd floor and the elevators. Front desk got many complaints.

Parking was well lit. Breakfast was varied and had hot items, tasted good. Rooms were clean and a nice size. Pool is not huge but a good size. Bonus points for the bathroom inside the pool area!

Beds were a bit too firm and could use a little more fluff, but sufficient. Also the couch was very firm but, worked. They could use a grill instead of the microwave for breakfast for the hot foods and that would taste better.

The location was very easy to get to. The person at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful. He made sure we knew what time breakfast was and directed us to where our room was located. The room was a great size for my family. There are lots of places close by to eat at.

Nothing. If we ever pass by again we will be booking another room.

We had a nice big room with plenty of space to relax. Beds were comfortable, friendly staff, hotel and room were clean.

The door to our room did not open or shut easily. However, there was an alarm that alerted us when we didn't get the door shut tight. Also, our toilet did not flush well.

The property was clean, easy to get to and walking distance to a couple of restaurants.

Our air conditioner went out and we had to move to another room. However, the room they put us in was right next door so it was an easy move.
