We only had breakfast the first morning. I was mostly happy with it, and the biscuits were especially delicious. I thought the variety of toppings available for oatmeal, waffles, and hot chocolate/coffee were excellent, and it was refreshing to have a fruit salad rather than just some whole apples or oranges in a basket. The bed was very comfortable, and the shower was one of the best I've ever experienced in a hotel. Also, kudos to you for offering toiletries that are free of Sulfates, Parabens, and Phthalates! I also really appreciate you providing a night light in the bathroom. I usually bring my own but forgot to this time. Oh, and whatever you have going on in the toilet tank is pretty epic - such a powerful flush!

A few minor negatives about the breakfast - the sausage gravy wasn't quite what I expected. Also my husband likes to have eggs on a breakfast bar, but without anything like vegetables in them as these did, so he made do with other foods. The A/C blower is quite powerful, blowing all the way across the room and onto the bed, and while some people love that, it was uncomfortable for me as cold air hitting me aggravates my arthritis.

We thought the facility and the location was perfect for us. Very close to my family, shopping and entertainment. Breakfast was great, loved all the choices. Coffee was excellent. The Staff was amazingly friendly! Don't often see that up "North." Our room was very spacious and comfortable! Thank you!!

Small detail: I prefer individual soaps in addition to the shower gel. Maybe offer both to your guests. I liked the pet treats on the counter, maybe have treats for guests, too. Thank you!

Excellent location, clean, great staff, breakfast was great.

The only complaints (minor at best) the rooms are a little on the small side but adequate, their toilet paper is like RV toilet paper(super thin, 1 ply, rough), bathroom faucet was odd handle and was unable to get good hot water. Over all a great place to stay.

Ajay who checked us in was fabulous, professional and friendly. Other staff had the same professional and friendly presence. Breakfast was great, loved how spotless the room and common areas were!

Loved the cleanliness and overall look of the hotel as well as the pool area. Absolutely loved the location and that everything was within walking distance.

Price was a little steep but worth it in the end

The staff and location were nice but one of the comforters had a makeup stain on the top of it. Wasn’t a huge deal to us since we stayed one night but might ruin a night for someone else.

Good location between family members that live in the area. Clean facility. Wonderful staff. Easy parking options. Decent breakfast. Available fruit anytime you want it.
