It was a really nice place. Clean, has the in-room amenities, and has smoking rooms that don't smell like an ashtray or really strong cleaner. It's a very nice area. No homeless or bums roaming around like a lot of places. Plenty of restaurants and stores close, too. I will stay here again if the price doesn't go up much.

The lady that checked me in was on the phone. Never told them to hold or set the phone down. Said sign here, initial here and gave me the key card. That's all she said, all with the phone in her ear. Not even a hello or welcome. I've worked with customers all my life and that is unacceptable.

Totally convenience of how close it was to the doctor's office that I was there to see

No easy vending machine access after hours and no easy access to coffee after hours. Maybe find out ways on how you can remedy that situation. I'm sure that would mean a lot to future travelers too. Have another way into the lobby but with key access so it's not a big inconvenience of not getting to the vending machine or coffee when you have people who tend to be night owls

The location was good for our needs

My husband and I are both smokers. We know the problems smoking can cause but we both have been smoking for over 35 years. What upsets us the most is that all the smoking rooms are upstairs. It’s difficult for us to climb the stairs at our age. We are both in our 70’s. It would be nice to have at least two smoking rooms downstairs for older people. Next year we will find another hotel to stay in.

My husband needed an ADA room due to mobility issues. The front desk clerk was kind enough to call another family and ask if they needed the ADA room they had booked. It turned out they had booked it accidentally and didn't really need it. That was above and beyond what I expected!

The bed was advertised as a King bed but was a queen bed and it was a little lumpy. We slept comfortably, but we were sore the next day from rolling into one spot.

Both women who were at the front desk when I checked in and checked out were very pleasant and helpful. When I locked myself out of the room , Danny was wonderful and kind!!

The barn door separating the main room and the bath area was not on the track properly and almost fell on me when I tried to close it.

The indian girl at the front desk was really cute. Wish I had the confidence to ask her out.

The room was great for a 100 bucks but the TV had dead pixels on it and was a little small.

The bed was very comfortable and I love the walk I shower.

The TV had lines down the middle of it. I definitely didn't like the soap. It also needs a blow dryer for your hair

loveddddd that there was no carpet in the rooms!!!! hardwood is the way to go!! it can be cleaned easy and I can walk on it barefoot and know im not walk on a million other people gook

pool was closed which was a hugeeee disappointment and they were remodeling so vending machines and stuff like that were shoved in a corner mess and not usable

Very nice employees at the desk and it was extreamly quiet around our room

The suite we booked was awesome. More than we expected. Very nice, clean, all the comforts of home. Would absolutely book again. Staff was friendly at check in and check out.
