It's a great location right next to 65. The rooms are spacious and the beds are very comfy. The decor is calming and lovely. Check in was easy and quick. Dinner there was good and the staff were very friendly and nice.

My own fault but I left a few items in the room and I did call numerous times right after I realized I had left them there but I kept getting passed around to different front desk personnel and housekeeping never did call me back after two calls to follow-up. One desk clerk didn't even know what I was talking about and I had to explain what an overseas number is. Because of the delay getting attention to the matter my package didn't arrive in time for me to take it back overseas with me. So that was a little frustrating as I lost four days and I could've received it in time had there been better follow up and communication to resolve it. Now I have to pay the expense of it being further forwarded to me.

This hotel blew me away as soon as I walked in. It was affordable yet looked a lot more expensive. The room was AMAZING. I opened the window (which was basically the size of the whole wall) and the view was gorgeous! The bed was probably the most comfortable bed I have ever experienced at a hotel. The location is AMAZING... lots of shopping and food options and a very safe area which is important to me as I traveled as a single mom with my 5yo daughter. I would also like to add Jessi (I think her name was?) was SO sweet and accommodating. I arrived earlier than check in time and she was able to have a room ready for us.

While the price charged reflect the quality offering, the property found multiple means of extracting money from the customer. Charging to park in the public parking lot, without any identification of the vehicle is just one.

The property was very modern and clean. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We loved the hotel bar and found the location to be safe and convenient.

The only thing that was slightly disappointing was that the executive lounge was closed for the weekend. Which was not a big deal but I wasn’t aware of that before hand. We received credits to use in the hotel but we didn’t get the chance to use all of it so I wish it would have just been taken off the bill.

I needed to checkout early because of an Ice storm hitting our home location. Because we booked thru booking.co m we couldnt get a refund. next time i will try to book thru the hotel directly.

Could not gety a refund for second night stay.

Modern and clean. Felt safe there - east to get to from the interstate.

The outlet with the coffee maker did not work. The safe would not lock. I didn’t like that you couldn’t leave 2 bottles of complementary water in the room. To charge $2.50 for each bottle is ridiculous.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They were very responsive to our requests. The facility was clean and nicely decorated. The hotel was located in a great area.

Upscale and CLEAN! VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL TEAM MEMBERS!

We were across from the fitness room, and several "moose boys" were in town for a baseball tournament. Apparently, the name of their weight lifting game was "who can dead lift and drop the heaviest weights so the old gal across the hall stays alert'! Not long or late enough to complain about....but I just didn't want to play!

Love everything about this property. We have begun to use it for our annual Christmas trip as well as a planned family reunion in spring. Will continue to be avid visitors.

Cost of the restaurant and bar offerings is extreme, esp when staying at the hotel. Offering some discount for customers would be a smart move.

the location was great quiet area and close to a lot of restaurants, highly recommend First watch for breakfast less than 5 min drive 👍

Only issue was the bathroom Door it was not easy to lock weird latch and once the door slid into the wall there is no way to pull out other than reaching the top corner and try to pull it out, we informed front desk they sent maintenance and we were told thats the design of the door 🤷🏻‍♀️
