I don't even know where to start! First I will say, we have never stayed at a Hyatt House before. Due to the size of our family, we usually opt for an Airbnb but due to us only needing the space for a few days we choose this instead. I am so so glad we did!! The place was phenomenal! For a family of 5, it accommodated us perfectly. It was HUGE and for our needs to a T. Our room had a full kitchen, living room and bedroom with 2 double beds. The only reason we usually go for the Airbnb is so we can have multiple bathrooms. But we made due. In the future for brief stays, I will definitely make sure we find another Hyatt House. Loved it!!🥰🥰

I don't have any complaints but maybe a suggestion.... the shower could use one of those curved out curtains. When taking a shower, the curtain kept touching me, which was FREEZING. Other than that, I have no complaints at all! And for the breakfast, I would've rather had whole strips of bacon instead of bacon bits. But again, no complaint, just suggestions.

Great location close to the lovely town of Franklin yet close to all the shopping like the mall and Walmart. Super quick jaunt on the expressway gets you right into Nashville! Bed was very comfortable and room was spacious and clean Breakfast was wonderful- fresh and nice choices. Custom omelette was wonderful! It was laid out nicely and very clean. We actually looked forward to breakfast each morning! Nice job! Live music in the evening was nice to listen to. Exactly what you want being so close to Nashville!

Pool could have been a bit warmer! Drinks at your bar were incredibly expensive. Even the fine steak house down the street had cheaper gin and tonics! A mirror outside the bathroom would have been nice over the drawers and across from the closet in room 114. Much easier to see yourself and get ready. Connoisseurs should have better knowledge of the area and what kind of venues they can recommend to people wanting to fine dining or music in the evening. The one person we asked how to get to the little quaint town of shops in downtown Franklin didn't even know there was a downtown Franklin. 😳

The breakfast was fantastic. Many choices.

We stayed for two nights, but after the first night no one ever came to clean our room. I had to go take our dirty towels to the front to get clean ones. I also had to take out our trash and ask for more trash bags and toilet paper. I asked the front if someone could clean our room and he said everyone was gone and there would be no one to clean till the next day. He said this happened because it was a holiday.

Great location, restaurants and stores galore within 6 minutes it seems like in any direction, Walmart directly across the street for things you might have left at home. Staff was nice and the room was clean and spacious. Nice pool and great breakfast. The bar and outdoor area with fire pits is a nice touch. Even though rain caused us not to use the patio. Will definitely be staying here again whenever we have an event at the AG Expo center just 15 minutes away.

Nothing to do with the establishment, just soccer tournament going on somewhere near and the kids were extremely loud and running up and down the halls, but that is kinda expected with that many young kids.

We LOVED the whole set up of the room. We felt exactly like we were in a small apartment instead of a hotel. The ceilings are tall and makes the rooms feel more spacious and not so cramped like many other hotels we have stayed at. We loved the idea of the hotel key in the slot by the door to activate the lights in the room- we thought that was such a neat and smart idea. The beds were so comfortable. The hotel is so close to EVERYTHING. We felt so relaxed and at peace staying here. My 4 year old did not want to leave the location, he begged us to stay another night LOL. It's safe to say we have already booked another stay for Mother's Day weekend. We will always come back here when visiting Franklin.

Location is perfect

Room was over an hour late to be ready, I requested highest floor but was placed in the lowest (basement). Check in attendant informed me that since my room wasn't ready he could place me in a downgraded room and charge me less, but then informed me that since i booked through a third party, he couldn't change the price, but could still downgrade my room so that we wouldn't have to wait for the correct room to be cleaned.

Very nice atmosphere and location.

Our room was switched from the original booking of a 2 queen and pull out sofa to 1 king and pull out sofa. It made sleeping arrangements a little difficult considering we needed 3 beds, and I had to pay an additional cost at check in. I was told it was because we used a 3rd party booking company. Overall, it was a nice stay even with the room situation.

My stay at the Hyatt House Cool Springs was exceptional! This is a beautiful hotel. Looks brand new. The room was exceptionally clean and smelled very fresh. A welcome respite after driving 10 hours. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Especially the evening manager, Nicole! And the price per night was extremely affordable! I was blessed to be able to stay for three nights for a conference I attended. I will definitely stay here again when I’m back in Franklin.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like.

The big sausages were good and the potato cakes are my fav when they're cooked properly, one day they were, one day they weren't.

Those eggs are disgusting. I would've liked to have had english muffins available and bacon. After visiting friends there a few times during previous trips I decided to just stay there the last few times I've been in town. I was disappointed to find that the bar no longer keeps higher end products that we enjoy.

The breakfast was better than typical hotel breakfasts. I personally still wish the scrambled eggs were better at hotels but everything else was excellent. I also loved the spacious room with kitchen area and extra counter space outside the bathroom, etc. The features were nicely designed.

Nothing to complain about during our stay—I already mentioned how I wish scrambled eggs could be better but that seems to be common among hotels.
