Hands DOWN the BEST customer service I have had from a hotel/motel. Joe helped me out TREMENDOUSLY! They offered a great spread on breakfast. Never had a single issue getting help when we needed it. Upon checking out we had a ton of luggage. We were on the 2nd floor so we were getting it down when not one but two of the staff members came running to help us bring down all 8 bags we had and helped load it in our truck. We didn't catch their names but AMAZING customer service! We absolutely will make this our preferred place to stay when we come back!!! I cant thank you all enough for the level of service you provided!

Everything was wonderful. Easy check in. Beautiful room. Great amenities in the room. Even an iron and ironing board. Clean grounds, great room. Bed and pillows were so comfy. Great area to take your dogs. Close to restaurants, shopping and a good breakfast with many choices. Staff so great, good snack area and a free newspaper

Absolutely nothing

Beds were good . The snow was falling fast so left very early. Had a few thoughts in my head about how the place could improve the cleanliness. If a cleaner once a month would concentrate on cleaning corners and baseboards. When those aren’t clean makes the whole place look bad

The others smoking pot and it stunk up the whole place . 😡

Stopped here for the night on the way from MI to FL. Front desk was nice, room was easy to access and clean. Coffee was horrible…but there was a cute Tiny Donut food truck nearby that made up for it. Great place to rest your head before hitting the road again.

Staff was friendly. Room was clean. Overall, our stay was pleasant.

Navigating in and out of hotel location was inconvenient. Had to make a series of u-turns to get in and out of location. The continental breakfast was lacking.

Beds comfy, clean, cold air worked great! Curtains darkened perfectly!

Coffee maker perked the water all over the counter and floor, tried for 20 min. Had to go down to lobby for coffee. Asked for a new one or diff one, never got. Hair dryer fell apart when I went to use it. Need bigger more visible sign that says Quality Inn.....we passed it twice. Otherwise....no complaints. Will stay again if need be!

Service staff was amazing and so helpful with whatever I needed. The front desk was ready to check me in when I arrived very late into the early morning hours without issue and got me checked in so fast.

Breakfast was a little underwhelming but nothing bad. some packaged pastries, some waffles and cereal. not a wide variety but enough for the price of hotel. 24 hour coffee was greatly appreciated

A great hotel not too far from I-65 and Mallory Lane

When you GPS the address, it puts you in the middle of a two lane country road. Yet, if you GPS the Candlewood Suites, it takes you right to the two hotels that share a parking lot. I travel often and this is only the 2nd time I have enountered a misplaced location on both Google Maps and Waze.

Convenient location for my needs. Room was adequate and reasonably priced.

Everything was acceptable. No particular dislikes.
