The front desk and hospitality staff were amazing. Also the size of the rooms are great.

The breakfast was less than expected. Normally Embassy Suites has the best breakfast. The food was cold, not a big selection like in the past. And there was only one cook on the omelette station at times and the line was very long. Happy hour was fine. The snacks they used to have are different as well as the drinks. I’ve had better experiences at Embassy Suites. The front desk and hospitality staff were amazing. I was told that this particular location will be doing renovations soon. I hope to return after the renovations are complete. Thank you.

I liked having a door between the bedroom and the sitting area. And absolutely love their breakfast.

I’m been staying at the Embassy for some years and the one thing I’ve noticed that has changed is the happy hour. The food that use to be served was much better than it is now. This and the breakfast was really why we booked. At first I thought it was just the location but having stayed in a few different locations it seems like it’s something they’ve moved away from good happy hour food to just the little fish things I give my grandson.

It’s location was great, close to the highway and not too far from major attractions. There was a complimentary happy hour daily which was nice. This is the best complimentary breakfast I’ve ever had. There’s a made to order grill for scrambled eggs and omelettes and many other choices too. Ver clean, quiet and comfortable!

The only downfall is that you have to pay to park and the longer you are there, the more it costs.

Staff was exceptional! Breakfast was delicious. Rooms were exceptionally clean. Close proximity to excellent shopping, dining and fun. I do wish they would bring pancakes back on the grill. The waffles on the hot bar are never hot, nor tasty.

Room wasn't cleaned after asking the housekeeper to come back after 12. I also stopped by the front desk to request a cleaning prior to leaving for the day. The "Do Not Disturb " placard was Not placed on the doorknob. Once I called the front desk, someone was sent up immediately to remove and replace towels, as well as empty the garbage. However, the manager worked very well with me. She was pleasant and professional. Once the heat went off, a burst of cold air filled the room. The windows need winterizing. Unfortunately, I returned home sick because of the coldness in the room.

The 2 adults and 4 kids were able to stay together and not have to split kids and adults up. Breakfast was free and amazing service like at a fancy restaurant. There was plenty of choices and varieties that all the kids are well. The indoor pool was nice. Kids enjoyed it.

The booking and actual charge was more plus it said free parking on website but parking was 12 dollars

Excellent location - easy to find. Great staff - all friendly, professional and happy to have a chat and make us feel welcome. The room was spacious and more than ample for 4 of us for a short stay and had good facilities within the room if we had needed. Whilst it was near a road we did not have any issues with sound either externally or internally. The food was very good - we ate for dinner and also the complimentary breakfast. Both were excellent but the breakfast was a real treat and a big step up from the usual 'complimentary' fare offered. I would highly recommend, and based on this stay would definitely book a stay at the same hotel/ chain again. Also, the manager or general manager walking around at breakfast and checking on guests was a really nice personal touch which made guests feel noticed and of value! Thank you.

Very kid friendly, all the workers seem so happy and like they truly are glad that we are there to stay with them. The rooms are very spacious and set up nicely. The next time my family needs a hotel to stay in I'm definitely looking for another Embassy Suites by Hilton. This was our first time staying at an embassy suites and it definitely will not be the last. We were so impressed by everything. The complementary snacks and drinks in the evening was a very nice gesture especially with little ones. And the breakfast was very well put together as well. Overall our stay was definitely a 10 out of 10. Thank you Embassy Suites by Hilton for making us feel like family :)

When we arrived, the thermostat read it was 72 degrees in our room, and despite us changing the thermostat to the temperature we desired, the thermostat only changed by 1 degree lower. At one point, the temperature actually even rose a degree. The vents were blowing cool air, but the room temperature still didn't seem to change. It wasn't too hot by no means, just not as cool as we usually have it when we sleep. When we woke in the morning, our room was still reading 71. We had it set to 65.

It was a very neat hotel and overall pretty clean and up to date. Excellent breakfast! Very spacious rooms.

Hotel was a little tricky to get to depending on which direction you are coming from on the highway. The pool could use a little cleaning and our pull out couch bed had not been changed or swept off. We didn’t have enough towels and the staff were a little slow at getting them to us.

I love having a suite. The extra room is a great option, especially when staying more than just a night. This living room was very spacious. The breakfast was great, love the made to order omelettes!. They also had a happy hour where you got 2 free drinks, vey nice. The atrium was very nice and although I did not use it the pool was nice as well. It is close to a variety of shopping and restaurants. Downtown Franklin, a sweet little town is about 15 minutes away by car. Uber over and walk around. Very historic.

There is a fitness room and it had several machines and free weights but it was pretty small. If it was busy it would have gotten crowded quickly. I would have liked some outdoor space. The weather was great and I would have enjoyed sitting out in the fresh air. There may have been some but I did not see it. As I was leaving I saw a sign designating a walking trail, so check it out.

The location was very convenient for the activities we enjoyed in the area. The breakfast was very good, especially the cinnamon buns and the made to order omelets. The staff was better than most hotels: friendly, professional, efficient and SO kind to the kids we brought, made us feel very welcomed.
