Rooms are partially divided so as to provide a sense of living and sleeping independence.

Breakfast is just OK. Meat offering is a pink ham not appetizing. Potato is a deep fried coated mashed triangle. Would be better if it was a real hash. Eggs were scrambled… not bad. Coffee offering was weak. Could offer a light (as done) and a dark for those who want to taste coffee. Reduce all the sugary cereals maybe offer something that is healthy.

I liked everything about my stay. The location was very easy to find and it was easy to park. The room was perfect. It was very clean and comfortable and well maintained. There were plenty of towels and the bed was very comfortable with soft sheets and clean bedding. The room was well appointed and well lit. Given the opportunity, I would happily stay there again.

There was nothing not to like.

We loved the location, easy access to/from freeway and good restaurants that did carry out. We travel with 2 small dogs and the staff was very accommodating, putting us on the first floor, near an exit for dog walks. The king room was good sized and comfortable. I would have appreciated some pastries at breakfast, but we did oatmeal/bagels and fruit instead. There's a nice area to walk the dogs, and I loved being able to walk across the street for food. Not getting back in the car after 10 hours was dreamy,

As stated above, the breakfast for us wasn't the greatest. Some donuts or pastries or granola bars would have been a nice addition. I also missed not having access to filtered water so I could refill my water bottle.

Not far from the freeway. Nice, quiet location. Even though the hotel was full, everything was very nice. The breakfast was delicious!

The pullout couch had a horrible smell. We had booked this hotel because of the extra space since we have three children. I notified the hotel in the morning & they were kind. They apologized and said they would make sure it was better.

Staff was informative and friendly but professional. Proximity to Franklin and Nashville was ideal. Room was clean and spacious (for two adults and dog). Breakfast had a nice variety of food and beverages, was kept tidy, and timely replenished. Parking was nicely located around property and decently lit. No issues bringing dog on leash through front lobby. Exterior of property, back and front, seemed clean and well maintained.

Very minor nit: TV was wonky, but trip to front desk provided fix. Worked fine after. Having TV instructions in room might be better.

The room looked completely renovated! Brand new, sparkling tub/shower. It was spacious and comfortable

Staff was just ok - polite enough but not friendly. Also ice machine was broken on main floor, so that made me have to go upstairs for ice on an odd numbered floor to have my juice cold at breakfast.

Need more outlets that are more accessible. The only multioutlet location was behind an end table that was difficult to reach. Since I had to plug in a watch, a pad, a phone, and a computer, I was disappointed by the lack of accessible outlets.

I like everything at that hotel from the staff. The Lobby Especially the staff everybody work hard , beds shower, parking.,room etc Especially the breakfast 10 out of 10 lot of choices Near restaurants and shopping center Mattresses were very comfortable.

The cleanliness and the softness of the beds were exceptional. I enjoyed a very comfortable king room that also featured a cozy lounge area.

The bar wasn't open, but the continental breakfast and coffee were surprisingly good.

The staff is awesome. Truly speaks to the customer service culture plus they enjoy their work and have become truly loving friends since we stay here every 6 months or so.
