Rooms are partially divided so as to provide a sense of living and sleeping independence.

Breakfast is just OK. Meat offering is a pink ham not appetizing. Potato is a deep fried coated mashed triangle. Would be better if it was a real hash. Eggs were scrambled… not bad. Coffee offering was weak. Could offer a light (as done) and a dark for those who want to taste coffee. Reduce all the sugary cereals maybe offer something that is healthy.

We loved the location, easy access to/from freeway and good restaurants that did carry out. We travel with 2 small dogs and the staff was very accommodating, putting us on the first floor, near an exit for dog walks. The king room was good sized and comfortable. I would have appreciated some pastries at breakfast, but we did oatmeal/bagels and fruit instead. There's a nice area to walk the dogs, and I loved being able to walk across the street for food. Not getting back in the car after 10 hours was dreamy,

As stated above, the breakfast for us wasn't the greatest. Some donuts or pastries or granola bars would have been a nice addition. I also missed not having access to filtered water so I could refill my water bottle.

Staff was informative and friendly but professional. Proximity to Franklin and Nashville was ideal. Room was clean and spacious (for two adults and dog). Breakfast had a nice variety of food and beverages, was kept tidy, and timely replenished. Parking was nicely located around property and decently lit. No issues bringing dog on leash through front lobby. Exterior of property, back and front, seemed clean and well maintained.

Very minor nit: TV was wonky, but trip to front desk provided fix. Worked fine after. Having TV instructions in room might be better.

The hotel was beautiful inside and out. The Full Breakfast was delicious. I do wish they would have offered an alternative to the protein instead or pork and the hot foods had been clearly labeled. The staff were very friendly & eager to help. The location was perfect and easily accessible.

The room we were given was clean and spacious. However it did smell of pet odors including the sleeper sofa. Maybe they should only offer pet rooms to customers with pets. This was really the only negative thing about the stay.

The staff is awesome. Truly speaks to the customer service culture plus they enjoy their work and have become truly loving friends since we stay here every 6 months or so.

It was clean, room had a lot of space, and it was convenient. We ended up staying in the room unexpectedly for most of one of the days of our visit and it was very comfortable to just hang out in the room. Would definitely stay there again.

Everything. Our room was big and separated sleeping from lounging. Breakfast was wonderful, Starbucks offered at the bar topped off my morning.

Didn’t have nowhere to put our clothes and hardly any space to put our luggage. And I’m not sure why hotels only give three washcloths when a couple stays. Should be four.

Location was convenient to downtown Franklin and downtown Nashville. Staff was very welcoming and friendly. When we had an issue with price matching, they were helpful in resolving it. We did not get the high floor advertised when we booked and was approved ahead of time by the Hyatt, which was a bummer, but they did provide us with a corner king room, which was quiet. Overall our king room was large and roomy. The rate for our room was very reasonable. Most parking was close to main entrance. Overall, the Hyatt is a nice place to stay.

When we arrived at 6 pm our room wasn't ready due to short staffing, as we were told, so we had to wait in the lobby for about half an hour which was not fun after driving for 9 hours. We also did not get the high floor advertised when we booked and was approved ahead of time by the Hyatt. The bathroom is nice, but a little small and a bit awkward to get in and out of as there wasn't much clearance between the door and toilet when trying to close the door. One of the windows' glass was messed up which obstructed our view. The ice maker on our floor (3) was out of order, so we had to trek up to the 5th floor every time we wanted ice. Breakfast was so-so.

Breakfast was GREAT!!!! I was so full. Wanted second but it was great and fresh! The coffee and sausage were amazing. The waffles also. Just great!

The was a fire alarm that went off at 11pm. No communication as to why. But once the fire team did what they had to do they allowed people back in. Middle of the night scare like that not the best but what can we do.
