Breakfast was a little lacking, but still enough food and enough of the food to get me going in the morning. Would have loved to have seen better eggs and maybe some bacon. The buffet style breakfast was a bit misleading and lacking but the rest of the hotel made up for it. Loved the game room downstairs my kids and I played games and pool until after midnight. That was way more fun than just sitting in the room watching TV and provided some activities that I've never seen at a hotel before.

Wasn't much I didn't like. I feel like it was a great value and a great place to stay.

We liked the friendliness, the access to multiple areas for work and play. It was very comfortable to relax. The market had healthy food options and the refillable station with the complimentary cafe was frequently used. Breakfast was balanced protien, grain, fruit, oatmeal, bacon/sausage, pancake, yogurt, bread etc. etc. Delish!! The water pressure and amenities was wonderful. WIFI was fast and the room super comfortable with plenty of outets, storage and nightlights. We were constantly asked if we needed anything. It was truly a wonderful easy and good location to stay. Parking was perfect and easy.

Nothing. It exceeded our expectations.

Because we stayed from weekday to weekend breakfast was different everyday. It was nice to have the variety. The location was a perfect distance from Nashville. We only ran into traffic one morning. There are plenty of food options near by and a variety of food types to try. The rooms were clean, the pillows were comfortable, and the shower was always hot!

Getting in and out of the parking lot was a bit confusing. I am sure once the road construction is complete it will improve.

The location was excellent and near all of our meetings. The rooms were a good size, clean and comfortable. The lobby was spacious and was the perfect setting for a couple of Zoom meetings. The gym was well-equipped and exactly what I needed to maintain my workout regimen.

The check-in process was a little clunky due to the front desk staff member not locating my reservation. After some digging, he rectified the problem, and we got checked in. It turned out that he was trying to use my Booking.com confirmation number to look up my reservation while thinking it was a Hilton confirmation number. It wasn't a major issue, but

I had a major mixup. The staff was incredible. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

We got a later checkout, since we didn’t get in until 2am. Thank goodness my husband was able to finish getting the shampoo out of his hair before they shut off the water at 11am. Just a minor thing but I wish we had been told. We couldn’t flush the toilet. I felt bad about that but nobody told us the water was being shut off for repairs.

It was so conveniently located off of the interstate, but quiet area, with a hospital just a few blocks away. I always like to know the area of the hospital on vacations just in case they are needed! It was the cutest lobby, complete with pod swings, a pool table, and several board games for the kids. Breakfast was delicious. We have a 1 year old and never before have I had a hotel accommodate our room with a pack-n-play or crib. Tru was prepared! Beds were super comfy, rooms clean! This was our first time staying at a Tru by Hilton, but will definitely be looking for them at future destinations.

No complaints!

It was close to some friends we were visiting. Staff were excellent, breakfast was good, it was a newer hotel so everything was still in pretty good condition, and the area it was located in was nice.

The price was higher than I would expect for something in this location so not a great value choice but we chose it for proximity to our friends

Very clean, professional staff, and decent breakfast and food options.

The water was coming out the sink and pipes very cloudy. Spoke with the front desk and they said there was work done on the lines the day before. Unfortunate circumstance, but no matter how long I ran the water it wasn’t clearing up. Could have just been oxygen in the water.

The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. My room was spacious, clean, quiet, and comfortable. The breakfast was very good and a nice selection. Coffee was always available. The lobby was welcoming and well equipped with a pool table and board games. There was a nice quiet area designated for electronic usage. Location was easily accessible and close to areas I was visiting, I would definitely stay here again!

The hotel appears to be relatively new and the lobby is bright and modern. They have nooks for you to use that would give you privacy while on a computer and the Front Desk staff were incredibly warm & welcoming. When I had questions they were answered with a smile and my request for an extra blanket was fulfilled immediately. The staff are wonderful and I'd stay here again mainly because of them.

Directions to the ice machines, ice buckets and cups would have been helpful since they aren't available on every floor. However, the Front Desk clerk gave me very clear directions to their whereabouts when asked.
