Restaurants within walking distance. Indoor pool and hot tub. That was fun for my kiddo after we came back from our day activities.

Stingy with towels and wash clothes. We were given 2 towels and washcloths for 2 people for 2 days. Quit asking people to help out with your operating cost under the guise of conservation. Hotel towels never dry.

The staff was a bit arrogant. Not very friendly. Check in fair - O K. Restaurant staff good except one lady seemed ( not interested. Board? The other Hispanic lady was great, friendly and was pleasant??

Hot tub was nice.

The staff very unfriendly. Housekeeping was the nicest. Bistro lady had the personality of a turnip. Bed didn’t feel like a king.

Perfect! Walking to bar and restaurant, central to our family events. Large room and bathroom, nice lobby, friendly staff, good free parking.

We weren't aware that there was a lounge. We thought all it was was breakfast. The bartender had to let us know and said that the front desk was supposed to be letting guests know. We will remember this the next time we decide to come to Franklin!

the bed/pillows weren’t comfortable the flashing light above the smoke detector made sleeping more difficult

Couldn't try the pool because of a short stay???

Thought there was a bar/ restaurant in hotel when I looked on Google but there wasn't there was a great one across the street. Best location not far from downtown

No maid service for 5 days I left my towels in hallway expecting to get new ones no one was ever at the front desk when I walked by so I couldn't ask anyone for towels lucky my brother had a room next door to mine and had an extra towel for me.
