I really liked the location. It is not an overly busy area, which is nice. The whole hotel is really beautifully decorated. Everything was clean and the staff was very nice and responsive to all of our needs. We rented the one-bedroom suite with two king beds and a pull-out bed. We had 6 people total, and the room fit our needs for space, privacy very well. The pool was great! And the breakfast was nice, well done. Highly recommend this hotel!

I can't think of anything that I didn't like or that bothered me about the stay. I am a germaphobe and have a bit of anxiety when staying at hotels; however, I didn't feel grossed out really. The hotel felt very clean, and I was comfortable the whole time.

Staff was extremely nice. Room was super clean. The pool amenity was clean and always quiet which was so nice! Wasn't able to get into the gym facility due to timing but looked like really good equipment for a hotel gym. The location was so easy to get access to wherever we needed to go and only about 20 minutes to Nashville Broadway. Uber was also fast and not crazy expensive for the one night we needed it. Free parking was nice too!

No dresser in the hotel room for extra storage so we were a bit all over the place. The breakfast hours were different on the weekdays, and we did not realize. So they close up shop right on the dot even if you're there. That was a bit of a bummer since they were just throwing away the food. Otherwise, everything else was perfect!

Suite was very comfortable. Bed was great. Enjoyed the Keurig.

Front desk staff could use some Customer Service training. When I went to the desk to check-in, the systems were in the process of rebooting. No one greeted me or said anything to me for maybe 5 mins? Just a simple "We're having a little difficulty with our systems. Will be with you in just a minute." would have gone a long way.

Lots of common spaces, rooms were spacious, clean and very comfortable.

I know the hotel staff can’t control this, but there were several 9 yr old soccer teams staying at our hotel and kids were running around unsupervised and parents were drinking shots, playing music, dirty dancing, and some even smoking weed. The common areas were full of drunk people and we were there with our 12 year olds basketball team. It was less than ideal . I am not sure what the staff could have done short of calling the police.

The room was very nice, had a cute kitchenette and overall a clean establishment. After 9pm only guest that was staying there could walk into the hotel, which help feeling a little more secure.

Parking could've been better, the lot seem kinda small considering the size of the hotel.

Was bumped from a double suite to a conjoining room with 2 kings, 2 kitchens, a living room and 2 pull out sofa beds. It was ideal for our family of 6. Everything was clean and breakfast was great with waffles, fruit, sausage, eggs, yogurt etc. Very pleased with staff that was helpful and kind.

Clean, quiet, great location. Very comfortable beds, great bathroom area!

There was a high pitched hum in the living portion that hurt our ears. And the air conditioner did not cool sufficiently. It was too warm to sleep.

This hotel was the perfect rest stop for my family. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The pool was amazing. The pool water was warm and inviting. Breakfast was delicious with many different food options. The staff overseeing breakfast were very attentive to what needed to be refilled. There was also plenty of seating in the breakfast area. The sheets were soft, making for a pleasant nights sleep. We loved the location of the hotel. It is close to so many fun restaurants and shops!

The room exceeded my expectations with the furniture and how quiet it was. The breakfast also exceeded my expectations and was wonderful. The bed was most comfortable.

I can't think of anything I didn't like. Everything was wonderful.

This hotel was absolutely perfect for our 2 night stay. The reception staff were so friendly and went above and beyond for us, letting us check in early. The swimming pool was actually warm unlike other “heated” pools. Breakfast was lovely and the room was comfortable and very clean.
