It was a decent hotel. My room was nice and the bed was comfortable

The tub drain was clogged with hair and made the drainage slow. My tub could have been cleaner around the sides where you put the soap. The vanity area had strings of hair hanging on at the bottom of the mirror. My son's room was mold infested. You could smell it as you walk towards the end of his side. Inside his room (101) you could see the mold at the floor board and it wreaked of mold smell. He had to come and sleep in my room. They only gave him 2 of the 3 nights refund. He was told because he didn't check out of the room the same night they could only credit 2 of the 3 nights. Thank God my room wasn't in that condition.

Our stop was just a layover, so we did not need to indulge in any extra tourist stuff. The location to convenience stores and restaurants was ideal. The staff member that checked us in was very kind.

It was a very long drive with four kids, I purposely chose this hotel because of the advertisement of a pool. I thought it would be great for them to get out their energy after a long day in the car. Nowhere in the process of booking did it say the pool was seasonal or that it would not be open and available to us. It was quite disappointing. The beds were also advertised as queen size. Full and queen are not the same.

We only stayed one night and were up there for our autistic childs drs appointment. Everyone was very accommodating to help get us a room further from others so we didnt disrupt anyone elses stay! 10/10 would stay again

The walls were a bit thin and you could hear word for word what was going on in the hallway but we were far enough from others it didnt matter. We have a metal fan for white noise. The picture on the wall was super "busy" but didnt hinder us in anyway. The room was also a bit dim for me but I also like alot of sunlight. Would still 10/10 stay again and its close to the childrens hospital

Our beds were very comfortable. Front desk staff offered to assist in ordering pizza for dinner. Rooms seemed clean and modern. Temperature in room was adjustable and allowed us to set for comfort.

Shower water was lukewarm. Bathroom walls had peeling paint. Breakfast was ok, but nothing special. Our room had a bad smell, and windows could not be opened to allow fresh air to enter.

Bright and clean room, comfortable beds and good looking hotel in general! Friendly and helpful staff. Hotel very close to I-65, so a great night stop-over option. It being pet friendly and the $25 fee for the first night is better than most of the other places. Many restaurants within 1.5 miles radius.

My only suggestion would be to improve breakfast with some option other than waffles (e.g. sliced bread or bagel).

The room as a whole was clean,beautiful and well stocked

I don't like having to pay extra for parking somewhere I'm already staying,and the parking lot is too small to accommodate larger trucks in their garage

The room was spacious and had two comfortable chairs and two beds and the mattresses were comfortable.

I didn't like the $25 charge for my very small pet. He was never alone in the room and he didn't bark and he is non-shedding and we took him outside several times. I feel like charging over half of what the two adults paid was too much.

Location is back, off the highway enough to where the traffic is inaudible. The breakfast is available from 6-9a along with other amenities like the open outdoor pool and basketball hoop at the back of the property. A small creek runs behind the establishment that attracts deer and presumably other wildlife which is cool to someone who see’s mostly groundhogs during the day. Everything visibly clean and well kept, inside and out. My room smelled good and clean as it looked.

The only concerns I had were involving smells. Although it looked super clean, there was an odor of sewer gas making it into my bathroom and after running water into all the drains and waiting, the smell was not reduced, but increased at night. Not sure where it was coming from. When going up to visit my parents on the second floor, it smelled of burnt plastic in the hall. The stairs by the elevator smelled like a humid basement with stagnant air.

BEDS WERE VERY COMFORTABLE AND SHEETS WERE SOFT. BREAKFAST WAS DELICIOUS WITH THE THE VARIETY OF ITEMS TO CHOOSE FROM. THE ROOM WAS CLEAN, SHOWER WAS NICE AND WARM! HAVE THE ABILITY TO PURCHASE A FEW GOODIE FROM THE FRONT DESK WAS A GREAT BONUS.

THE CURTAINS HUNG OVER THE AIR CONDITIONING MAKING IT DIFFICULT TO REGULATE THE TEMPERATURE IN THE ROOM. WE USED A HAIR CLIP TO HOLD THE CURTAINS BACK.

It’s cheap, really cheap. Staff polite and quiet location. Rooms clean and fresh. Best value for money hotel I’ve stayed in in the USA.

Breakfast was a bit thin on the ground but it is cheap though. I’d ditch the waffle iron and replace it with oats and a toaster.
