The large black man who worked in the morning through the afternoon was so friendly and helpful was wonderful! I wish I could remember his name! The breakfast was very good, and whoever made those eggs was an artist - best eggs I've ever had at a buffet! Fluffy and salted just perfectly! The sausage patties were cooked perfectly, too! Coffee delicious and when we ran out, she got a new carafe immediately. This place was excellent for being a very reasonably priced hotel. Wish I could go back soon!

Can't think of a thing. We had a tornado warning while I was there, and even sitting in the lobby waiting for the sirens to stop wasn't bad. The other guests who sat down there with me at 2:00 in the morning were pleasant. Not bad at all. Can't say that for many places.

The front desk attendant was attentive, genuinely kind and helpful. Our room was clean and the decor is up to date. Beds were very comfortable as were all the pillows. The pool was clean and smelled of chlorine. Breakfast had a decent amount of options. Though not for those who are gluten free. The hotel is located in an upscale part of the neighborhood. We are all happy with our experience at this hotel. It is a good value for the money.

Water in the shower never got hot to our liking. Absolutely nothing for smaller kids to watch on the TV.

Are room was perfect. We stayed for a week. Did not have maid service as I am a bit OCD. It was quiet. People coming & going all week were so friendly. The staff was great when I needed to trade in my towels or get paper cups they were so accommodating and always with a smile. I found it very family friendly especially for the workers to be able to bring their little ones to work with them & still get the job done was great!! The food was good for breakfast. Location couldn't have been better as we are looking at small towns to move to in the next year everywhere we went was withing 20 minutes of hotel. To be able to walk to so many places was real nice too. Especially to Jonathan's!! We will most definitely stay here on our next trip!! Thank you to all the Staff from check in to check out you were on the ball!!!

It would be nice to have Netflix sign in. Some of us do not use fancy phones & we were not able to get any stations except what was provided by hotel. Would be nice to have more of a selection.

The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was enjoyable. Coffee was great. The gentleman that checked us in was very friendly and made us feel very welcome.

The pillows were very small and hard. The actual curtains could not be closed and a very bright light was cast into the room. We had to use a hair clip to try to block out some of the light.

Room was nice and clean -- the position of the microwave should be placed at another location (light on was disturbing) The breakfast was good and organized.

The check in staff was not welcoming. No smile, no time or information given about breakfast. No offer to inform us of our room location. It appeared that he would have rather doing something else. Note - the checkout staff was more welcoming

Nice decor. Good breakfast. Convenient parking. The clerk at the day shift was made aware that I needed first floor due to knee problem and we were stuck 45 minutes on the closed highway not far from the hotel. I was very grateful we got the 1st floor room at the side parking lot and a door to get to it. Not many steps to the car.

Not a big deal but front desk has no other person when the regular steps away. So if you want to buy snacks you can’t. We stood at desk in the evening about 4 to 5 minutes. Our ice cream bars started melting. So we were just getting ready to put our stuff back when the clerk walked in. I think if they leave for a break there should be a sign stating when he will return.

This hotel is superb in every way! I requested a room in a quiet area and the staff delivered! Staff was friendly and helpful, hotel and room was so clean. One of the nicest I’ve stayed in for just an overnight stay. Did not get to go down for breakfast so don’t know about that.

Nothing could be better. The stay was perfect!

Location, clean, spacious room and comfortable. Had everything you could want. We visit Franklin a lot and will be back to Comfort Inn and Suites as long as the rates stay affordable.

Not much, room was dim as there was only one light bulb in each lamp. The shower head was turned to where water gathered on rim of tub and got on floor but my husband turned the shower head. Honestly hard to find a complaint. Staff was good but nothing special.

The front desk staff was very nice. I was upgraded due to a minor inconvenience and the room was clean and spacious. I stay at this hotel everytime I visit the area due to the location staff and cleanliness of the hotel. I recommend to anyone who is looking for a nice affordable stay near shopping and restaurants.

We stayed in a handicap room and it met our needs.

Could have been a better area in the bathroom for putting on makeup and fixing your hair. There wasn’t really an area big enough if two ladies were trying to dress. There wasn’t really sink area and countertop were too small.
