great location. great parking

no one seems to be able to check that IGH rewards given for this stay. I told Booking on line my rewards number, but when checked in , hotel clerk couldn't fined this, She took awhile to get this resolved and get rewards for IGH applied and when I checked out, a different clerk couldn't tell if rewards applied or not. Why is this so difficult? I often stay at IGH and this is constant issue. Never have received any free room and unsure reward program is applied for me.

Pretty much everything was perfect except for one item. The strong perfume smell in the room was unbearable. Ive never stayed in a hotel with a perfume smell that strong. I'm guessing it's from the cleaning products. It's not a mild perfume smell that's lightly permeating the air, it's as if a perfume bottle is being held up to your nose. Our family had to go outside just to feel like we could breathe a breath of fresh air to escape it. If this gets modified/fixed...maybe with more natural products..then my rating is a 10 out of 10. If that doesn't get adjusted, I'd have to overnight stay somewhere else because the smell also interferes with your sleep and can cause headaches

Staff was friendly and accommodating to us except for 1 girl our first night was kinda rude when asking for and extra blanket which she said they were out of. Everybody else was friendly and went above and beyond for us!

We had a suite that accommodated 6 people but we only had towels and washcloths for 3. We had to ask for more towels, washcloths, toilet paper, and blankets for the sofa!

Close to home since I was needing a place since my floors were being redone, had a breakfast available and allowed my cat

Didn’t like I was given a room on the street side when I specifically ask not to be there. Once I got to my room & saw it was street side, I asked the front desk girl why and she said they were “full” and didn’t have anything else?? I told her she should have said that when I asked NOT to be placed on the street side but never said a word?? It rather soured my experience! Poor customer service!!

Room was great! I felt at home. Kitchen was stocked with necessary items. Very comfortable.

Pool was freezing. We were in town for a funeral and I was hoping my husband could take my kids to the pool while I visited with my relatives. Unfortunately, they could only handle 20 minutes of swimming 🥶 They were pretty disappointed.

Check-in was nice and easy. The employee at the front desk was friendly and courteous. We had two rooms. A king suite and a 1 bedroom double queen suite. There was plenty of room for the 10 of us. The beds were very comfy and the linens were very nice. The breakfast in the morning was good as far as hotel breakfasts go, and there was a good variety of stuff to choose from.

That we were only staying the one night passing through on our way to Florida.

Some of the construction in the room was looking worn although the hotel was very new. It showed that the rooms were built with speed and not attention

It wasn’t too far from downtown Nashville, there’s grocery stores all around, there’s restaurants and the room itself was way nicer than I had expected. All of the hotels closer to Nashville were wanting way too much and I found this room for a great price and it was way nicer than anything I would’ve paid 200+ a night for elsewhere.

The property was very clean and the staff were very friendly. The pool was closed for a day or so and the grandkids weren’t very happy but they enjoyed it when it reopened.

Great property for the value. The rooms were clean, the property was well kept, and the staff was very friendly. Great social events at night.

The hotel did not have a bar, but they had happy hour with wine and beer.
