The breakfast was typical; waffles, yogurt, juice, cereal. We loved the updated room. The front desk clerk was most pleasant when we checked in and helpful when we had an issue with an upstairs guest making noise.

The windows need to be replaced in the rooms as they let all noise in and are a little drafty. The pool/hot tub room was FREEZING as was the pool.

Andy is an excellent desk clerk. Whatever we needed, he was quick to take care of us. My whole family loved him. We had at least nine rooms. Our family was in more than one hotel. We were there for my nephew's funeral.

Our floor needed better mopping. We didn't get room service for three days. We had 2 towels to do us until day 3

The guy that checked us in and out was wonderful. Extremely polite. The room was modern and clean and the pool was actually open!

No juice with the complimentary breakfast. The breakfast was fine and was as expected for the price of the room. The juice machine was out. It would not have been too hard to go to the store and buy a couple of gallons of cheap juice and had it there beside the milk in the small refrigerator.

The room was clean & exceeded my expectations. I will definitely stay there again. The only thing that I would change about this hotel is to give more of a variety for breakfast items. I've stayed in all of the hotels on this exit at one time or another & this is definitely my first choice.

The room was so nice, the staff were amazing and kind. It felt like home.

Washing machines were broken and no dryers available. I stayed for a week. Breakfast needs to have a better variety like bacon, sausage, and cooked eggs.

Property was close to the interstate and allowed pets. The staff was exceptionally courteous, friendly and thoughtful. The room we were given was near an exit on the first floor which made taking the dog out easier and quieter for the other guests.

Only complaint would be that it was advertised laundry available but it was not working. And the chair in room was very unstable. Other than that it was great.

The room should be dusted, the sink water pressure was extremely low, and the remote didn't work. The breakfast selection wasn't the greatest either. Need a few more options like yogurt,fruit,scramble egg, and sausage or bacon. The water was hot, needed ice

Ovednight stay just South of Nashville. Booked this botel as Nashville was very expensive as always, Located near the Hwy exit, Cracker Barrell restaurant adjacent to go eat. My room was clean, but some of the fixtures need replacing and upgraded. Power points for devices, and some USB connections are required.

LACK OF POWER POINTS, eldefly Guests would have issues in accessing the Low Wall mounted power supply points. This is quite a common fault which I have seen in other Hotels. Again breakfast was extremely very basic, lack of seating area for breakfast, especially when the hotel is running at almost FULL Guest capacity. The pool was under routine maint whdn I arrived, howsver the Reception Staff notified guests it would be available within an hour or so. The pool was later made available.

Room was extremely clean. Very happy with the room. Pool looked like it would have been extremely comfortable. Especially the hot tub. Wish we would have had more time to use it. Room was newly remodeled and was great.
