There were no keys involved. A code was given and that was pretty easy to obtain and to use

I would alley it to be quiet. When I received notification from the facility to further verify my booking it asked me about preferences. I asked to be placed somewhere that was quite because my husband I work 3 rd shift. We were placed two doors away from a common area that leads to the elevator. I am not sure if it mattered or not but it was loud during the day when we slept. Once we were settled in and work nights it becomes too difficult to try and see about other possible options for a room or go elsewhere. It was nice to stay there but not for work. So I would not do it again for that reason but if it was for leisure I would stay again.

The room was modern, clean, and comfortable, with a kitchen and dining area. It had everything we needed, including a washing machine, dishwasher, and dryer. There’s also a beautiful rooftop terrace, which was a lovely surprise. Despite being near the railway, it was very quiet. Perfect for a short or long stay.

The only possible downside might be the location – though that really depends on the person. If your main reason for visiting Nashville is to experience Broadway Street, it’s just far enough that you’ll likely need to use Uber or another form of transport, as it’s a bit of a walk.

Location is excellent - removed from the congestion and noise of downtown, but only a few minute drive to anything you'd want to get to. Two bedroom apartment had a nice modern style layout that was very comfortable with lots of space. Decently equipped to accommodate a longer stay (dish washer, oven, washer and dryer).

Depending on what side of the building you are on, noise could be a problem from frequent trains that stop right outside the hotel then sound horns before proceeding, to nearby construction to sounds from the nearby raceway. The hotel does provide ear plugs and white noise machines but they can be insufficient. Generally the staff was very friendly and helpful but there were a couple times those manning the front desk were engrossed in their phones with ear buds in and it took a bit to get their attention.

We loved everything about the space. We wound up extending and staying two weeks. The apartment was well furnished, better than many AirBnBs I've stayed in. There was enough kitchen equipment to cook meals for two, plus a full-sized fridge and oven. Things like laundry detergent and sponges for the sink were included, which was much appreciated. We enjoyed the balcony daily. The full-wall windows were wonderful during the day, and the blackout curtains kept the room dark when needed. The bed and couch were both comfortable. The shower had good hot water. Parking was never an issue. We didn't pay for lot parking, but always found a free space on the street right outside or in the shuffleboard lot across the street. The staff were always extremely kind and helpful, always thoughtful and sweet. I would absolutely stay here again.

We really liked how well equipped the units were, as we were able to prepare a few meals. It was also great to be able to use the gym. The location is good - 30 min walk to downtown or a few minutes drive. The staff we spoke to were all friendly and the place was really clean. Really good value for money.

It was a little noisy - we could hear people in the units around us (just them moving around not talking). As well as the trains going by (as they sound their horn) and a few sirens, sadly I did not get back to sleep after the 5:30am sirens. But Placemakr kindly provide earplugs to try to help.

It suited my needs brilliantly- the ability to wash my clothes as I’m living out of my suitcase was awesome but what made the place for me was the staff who were beyond exceptional- I stayed for close to 3 weeks and the staff helped make my stay a home away from home- my only negative would be the train line so close and train horns in the middle of the night but it’s a minor negative as the windows were adequately soundproofed- thanks to the staff in particular I really enjoyed my time staying here

The trains and the cafe rarely being open/staffed- very minor negatives however

We stayed here on the fourth night of a cross country trip, and after a few disappointing nights this place was bliss. Super clean rooms with high quality touches. A full kitchenette with very nice dishes. Wonderful, clean bathroom and comfy bed. Most appreciated by us- the in room stacked washer and dryer. We were too tired to go but downstairs was a pretty nice looking bar/restaurant and there seemed to be several other food/music/coffee spots nearby. The neighborhood is right on the railroad tracks and there’s lots of new development so seems to be ‘up and coming’ but isn't fully there yet (we loved it though.)

It’s paid parking and we had to back our car ourselves into one of those elevated parking systems, which was pretty tricky.

A good hotel, clean, nice, comfortable, pretty spacious, I appreciated having laundry on site. Many people reported that it could be somewhat noisy, but I personally sleep like a log, so I did not have much issues. AC is very quiet, you can barely hear it. Recommend if you are on a tighter side of a budget.

Perhaps location is not the best, you definitely want to take a bus to get to downtown area (bus #52). Besides it was a little noisy in hallway, but that's all.

We recently stayed overnight at Placemakr Wedgewood-Houston and absolutely loved it. The spacious studio layout with its mindful, minimalist design had everything we needed—nothing extra, just what mattered. Their pet-friendly approach was a big win for us, and the quality toiletries were a thoughtful touch. We especially appreciated the sleek concrete flooring—two thumbs up! What stood out most, though, was the warm, welcoming smile from Taj at check-in after a long day of driving. It’s that genuine humanness that stays with us the longest.

The 1 bedroom unit we selected was reasonably well appointed. There is a small convenience store which was closed Sunday & Monday and the hours were 8am-2pm. The selection of items was good and reasonably priced but you just needed to adjust to the hours. There was a bar/restaurant as well which again was closed Sunday and Monday and didn’t open until 5pm. There were a number of bars and restaurants nearby —- the frond desk staff provided a listing of some of those. The staff was the best … smiling, friendly, helpful! Located within a 5-10 minute ride to Broadway bars, the Johnny Cash Museum, the Belmont Mansion, the Tennessee State Museum and 10-15 minutes from The Grande Ole Opry.
