There were games, books, extra pots and pans, crock pots you could use if you needed. That was pretty great. There was a pool table and another table game in the lobby. They had long half circle couches that I thought were really fun. The pool was heated and clean.

There could have been another mirror in the bedroom or living room. The lighting in the bathroom could have been a bit brighter for applying makeup.

Everything was great, good selection of drinks and snacks and the pool table and shuffleboard in the lobby is a great touch! Free coffee in the lobby along with the standard coffee maker in the room is great as well. The staff was absolutely excellent, we had arrived very late, at 2 o'clock in the morning Saturday. Even at this late hour the staff was very kind and accommodating. The hotel was very clean and very comfortable.

I have nothing negative to say about this hotel.

The staff were very friendly and attentive. The bed was super comfy . The free laundry facilities were a major plus especially being there a week .shopping etc were very close . It was clean we would recommend this hotel to anyone .

Do to traffic it’s hard to get out of at certain times of the day but that wasn’t the hotels fault .

Everything was great. The part that set this location above other hotels we stay at was the staff. They were friendly, attentive, accommodating, and professional. We have book marked this location specifically for future visits for our volleyball tournaments.

One thing, but it wasn’t a deal breaker. Breakfast wasn’t available. But the rooms had a kitchenette, so we will be prepared next time.

The size of the room was good for someone using a power wheelchair.

I was hoping for breakfast to be included. There wasn’t a safer way to exit the parking lot to get to the highway, that didn’t include going through another business’s parking lot.

They where nice

It smelled like cigarette smoke and I have 2 children with asthma. The curtain wouldn’t close and then the quality of the window was so bad you could hear everything from outside and it sounded like you were right beside it because it was so loud.

It was well kept and very nice.

It was located in a hard to reach area, gps said to turn left into the hotel but you couldn’t do that so we had to take the interstate and then take it back in order to properly enter the parking lot. The shower also had shampoo, conditioner and body wash. However, the body wash was out.

The room was nice

I didn’t like where you didn’t have option for breakfast. I didn’t like the location with getting in & out of the parking lot that there was not another option to get into parking lot. If you came back later there were parking issues.

1st of all, Ina & Jackie ARE AMAZING!!! Their kindness and genuine caring was ABSOLUTELY AWESOME!!! PROFESSIONAL to the imp degree. We will always utilize THIS location every time we come to Nashville!!

Great location, friendly staff. Very comfortable bed and everything was in great working order. We were driving cross country so we didn't stay long, got in late and left first thing in the am after enjoying the breakfast on the outside deck. I would have loved to had stayed longer to see the gorgeous town and visit the Vanderbuilt estate...maybe next time!
