They went out of their way to rearrange rooms to fit me in when this company overbooked me there. Liked the Soft beds!

Apparently the maintenance man was in the hospital. The bolt on the front door was unable to lock, the upper lock had 2 screws missing out of four, which means somebody could just bust the door down to get in. The ceiling leaked with water in the kitchen during rain storm. The shower knob that changes flow of water from tub to shower was broken. The floor and rugs were sticky from over cleaning and moisture. One customer hung out in the lobby often making it very uncomfortable.

The room was very clean! Of all the budget friendly places I've stayed, this was probably the cleanest I've been to in a long time. The location is far enough from the road that there was very little noise, but it is a very convenient location for highway access to head into Brentwood, or over to Nashville. The complementary breakfast was great for grab and go - it included instant oatmeal with travel cups, granola bars, muffins, tea and coffee.

I'd say the only downside was the bed, it was a bit firm for my preferences, but I feel that way at every hotel.

The room was great and spacious and clean, bed was great and I slept well. I missed the breakfast part. The table was a great work station, with lots of room to put clothes, food and things. Having a full kitchen was incredible and came in handy and saved me money.

I wasn't impressed that I had to ask for a kettle, pots or pans, etc. I know those items can walk out if not monitored, but that should be made more clear when people arrive at front desk - show the list of what you can ask for to make the stay more enjoyable. ex. pots, bowls, utensils

I like the surrounding area nice perspective neighborhood with great management in customer service also the food service is great in the room are fantastic nice clean fresh area to stay I would love to come back to this location enjoyed myself a lot 💪🏽🩷

The customer service is quick in first paste laundry room clean in incredible from inside out. The internet 🛜 is incredible to answer your questions there’s nothin I dislike about 680 bakers Bridge Ave !

I have stayed at other Extended-Stay Suites around the country, and by far, this one was the best. It was located away from the busy streets, quiet in and out of the room, and well-maintained.

I don't have a complaint about this particular location. If I have to say anything that could improve, would be a sign by the main road to help guide visitors to the location better.

I love the clean bedroom shower nice setup ready felt like home enjoy my time every time I come in the breakfast is amazing I really did enjoy myself always lookin forward of coming back

It was very clean and I love the outside access to the rooms. I also love the full kitchen and sitting area! Very large rooms!

The breakfast was just grab and go. And didn’t have much to choose from

Great location, close to many restaurants and the mall. The room was very nice and clean. Loved that it had a fridge, stove and microwave.

There was nothing about the property, room or location that I didn't like.

The room was comfortable and everything worked appropriately. It was a good price for everything included; small kitchen, 2 beds, ect. I was not disappointed at all. It was in a great location, with plenty of restaurants and stores nearby.

Everything was fantastic.

It was clean, and all amenities were in working order. It was nice having a small kitchen in the room, although at the time was not used. It was a quiet stay as well.

Bathroom was a little small, but it was clean!
