The furniture was nice in the room and the office staff was friendly and very helpful!

There was no quick breakfast. Maybe serve yogurt, fruit, and pastries to go. There needs to be a pet walk area. There was construction debri in the back of the building where it was suggested by the staff to walk our dog.

The manager Peter was the best. Never have I been treated so well at a hotel! Lent me a phone charger when I didn’t have mine with me. Just looked after me!

Staff was friendly and helpful and the room was clean and ready. Ground floor room was available to accommodate my arthritis.

There was a problem with the room heater/ac. It kept cutting out. I think there was a problem with its thermostat.

I have stayed there 3 times since Oct. Of 2020 on my travels from Indianapolis to Mississippi and they have all been great until the last stay, Oct. 27tb 2021.

The bathroom toilet doesn't flush very good. You have to hold the handle down until it flushes all the way, and the room above sounded like a herd of elephants was stampeding for about half an hour at 11:30 pm.

The rooms were comfortable and the staff was very friendly!

The pavement for the entryway into the parking lot was being re-done and the room needed very slight renovations, but nothing major that made the stay disappointing.
