Most importantly, everything (tv, shower, key) worked, so no surprises. Second, the room was sparkly clean, again no surprises. And finally, the staff put a smile on my face during check in, something I always appreciate after a long day traveling by car.

The bed slightly vibrated, which probably was due to some nearby machinery (furnace, etc.). Not really a dislike (it was hardly noticeable) but did make me wonder in Central TN was prone to earthquakes.

You get a very comfortable room for the amount it cost everything is great for the price. Housekeeping kept up on the room everyday mandatory every Thursday they come in and do a nice deep clean for an Extended Stay it was fantastic especially for the price very understanding very nice they communicate well my stay was very pleasant

Honestly I had no problems

The owner went out of his way to honor our reservation. He was very nice.

I had a reservation for a non smoking room and small service dog. And a comformation plus a pin from booking. -bottom floor. When we arrived, they said they only had 2nd floor smoking room due to my pet. After explaining the my service dog is not considered a 'pet'. And that the smell of a smoking room could affect me, and that I made sure to let them know when I made the reservation before hand. The owner did come around and honor it.he was very accommodating.

Close to town and our family my service dog welcome and very nice ppl great restaurants and things do

Long walk to the soda machine, but it’s no big deal.

As Shoneys was a walk across the parking lot and their space was small - it was ver convenient. Due Covid they had stopped serving breakfast. But plenty of options close. The people are nice!!! The space although older was very clean and comfortable. I will stay here again. Beat place I’ve stayed within last view weeks. And I’ve been at a quality inn. Woodspring, and a Days Inn. Good nights rest, hot shower and very nice people!!!
