We only had breakfast the first morning. I was mostly happy with it, and the biscuits were especially delicious. I thought the variety of toppings available for oatmeal, waffles, and hot chocolate/coffee were excellent, and it was refreshing to have a fruit salad rather than just some whole apples or oranges in a basket. The bed was very comfortable, and the shower was one of the best I've ever experienced in a hotel. Also, kudos to you for offering toiletries that are free of Sulfates, Parabens, and Phthalates! I also really appreciate you providing a night light in the bathroom. I usually bring my own but forgot to this time. Oh, and whatever you have going on in the toilet tank is pretty epic - such a powerful flush!

A few minor negatives about the breakfast - the sausage gravy wasn't quite what I expected. Also my husband likes to have eggs on a breakfast bar, but without anything like vegetables in them as these did, so he made do with other foods. The A/C blower is quite powerful, blowing all the way across the room and onto the bed, and while some people love that, it was uncomfortable for me as cold air hitting me aggravates my arthritis.

We thought the facility and the location was perfect for us. Very close to my family, shopping and entertainment. Breakfast was great, loved all the choices. Coffee was excellent. The Staff was amazingly friendly! Don't often see that up "North." Our room was very spacious and comfortable! Thank you!!

Small detail: I prefer individual soaps in addition to the shower gel. Maybe offer both to your guests. I liked the pet treats on the counter, maybe have treats for guests, too. Thank you!

The staff and location were nice but one of the comforters had a makeup stain on the top of it. Wasn’t a huge deal to us since we stayed one night but might ruin a night for someone else.

Good location between family members that live in the area. Clean facility. Wonderful staff. Easy parking options. Decent breakfast. Available fruit anytime you want it.

Bathroom door wasn't working properly...

I did not get to experience breakfast because of my work schedule.. The location was great and love the fact that you have all different kinds of food choices and a bar/ within walking distance! The staff were very nice and the scare I got the first night with the hotel staff getting in the elevator was priceless 🤣 love having a microwave and refrigerator!!

Maybe just a little bit cheaper on hotel rates

Good food, good clean rooms, location good for us (near grandson) & next to good eating places (walking distance for even us old folk)
