The hotel was close to the highway and was easy to reach. It was at the quite and peaceful location. Shell gastation, Pulix grocery store and some restuarants were next to it. The room was newly renovated and was very clean with good design, practical and sleek. The bed was very comfotable and the white sheets were new and clean. Outside and garage parking were free. The complimentary breakfast is very basic and good. I ended up booking another night with this hotel and canceled the original booking for the back home trip. Meggie at the front desk helped me booking the room for the back home trip. All the people at the front desk were very friendly. Strongly recommemded it.

The property was very modern, the facilities were excellent and it was clean. The bed were comfortable and the pillow were great! The staff were some of the friendliest I've seen. Particularly a gentleman who was on the desk quite late at night. Our flight was delayed so we checked in around 1am. The property was nicer than I expected having previously stayed in a holiday in. And only a few ££ more expensive than some of the budget motels nearby. It's worth spending a little more to stay here more comfortably.

The only criticism I have is that the breakfast was very basic. I write mainly because there are ALOT of reviews that specifically mention the breakfast - so I want to warn people not to expect much. At all! Strange, rubbery scrambled eggs that didn't taste of egg...not sure what they were made of. Sweaty cinnamon rolls that tasted like they've been microwaved. Plenty of bread but no butter, only vegetable spread. I could only stomach the biscuits and fruit. The coffee is pretty awful too, but from what I gather and from my travels, bad coffee is a normal thing in the states.

Check in and check out was seamless. Rooms were great. Refrigerator that actually worked and in room microwave and coffee. Bathrooms that were clean and amply supplied. Excellent breakfast that had something for everyone and staff that replenished the food so everyone got to eat through out the entire breakfast.

I can honestly say I did not find one thing I did not like about this facility and staff.

Breakfast was great, the workout room was a huge bonus - dumbbells and all. Staff was wonderful!

The room I booked wasn't even available so I had kids sleeping on the floor. Hostess desk said they could've got me a better price than I paid through booking; so I guess I'll be looking at comparing booking.com vs booking direct now!

The staff was fantastic! Terri was very pleasant and so helpful and informative! Everything, from the parking garage to the check-in area to the room, was spotless! The rates were very reasonable and the room was great with a very comfortable king size bed, great lighting, very spacious, just overall GREAT!! Quiet location, and just a short drive to great restaurants, shopping, and attractions !We will definitely stay here when we go back to Franklin!!!

The ONLY thing that could have been ANY better was if the breakfast time could have been extended a little longer.

Love the place! I’ve stayed a couple times now and it’s always worth coming back to. The pricing and quality of the room is unbeatable. That staff is amazing and always there to help when needed.

The only complaint I could have would be the pillows didn’t match my comfort which is personal. No fault of the property!

The staff was very friendly the minute we walked in the door. We love the soap dispensers in the shower and items available to make our stay easier. We loved the lounge area, and the feel of the hotel was wonderful. The decor and furniture were classy and inviting. Our room was spacious and big enough for 5 adults to move comfortably. The wonderful breakfast before we departed was yummy. We travel a lot as a family, and we even appreciated the larger, more manageable luggage carts.

We enjoyed the options and the yummy breakfast in the morning before our departure. The only room for opportunity would be for staff to monitor the temperature of some of the items. While everything tasted delicious, the temperature was luke warm-to-cold at best. The biscuits and gravy were delicious but barely warm. The eggs were also on the cold side. For those wanting to use your AARP card for the room discount, if you book through Booking.com, you will not be able to use your card at registration at the hotel.

Everything was clean and new. Staff was friendly and it was conveniently located. Was able to check in and access everything I needed. Liked having a mircowave and a fridge since I was there for work.

The scrambled eggs at breakfast had the texture of a sponge. The room had a cleaner smell was overwhelming, gave me a headache the first night. Would be nice to have an outdoor space that you could relax because the windows in the room didn't open.

Friendly, clean and VG plumbing fixtures. Lighting was nice with dimming lamp and backlighting on bath mirror and above beds. Basement parking garage was great as we loaded and departed during a big storm.

Room A/C was too loud and could only be turned down to 65 overnight. Breakfast area had no counter space to use while trying to load plates with hot items - easy to drop things. Tongs were placed awkwardly on serving dish handle with grab end hanging over the floor. Food had unsurprisingly dropped off to make floor slippery. Front desk also has little counter space for customers. This made ckeck-in more difficult. Sheet provided for area restaurants showed distance away for some but not others and lacked good description of food offered.

Everyone was so pleasant and very helpful. They executed Service First. I will tell all my friends to stay there when they go to Franklin. It was so convenient to everything we did. Terry the Asst. Manager was great!
