Breakfast sandwiches were made to order. The entire staff was very freindly and accommodating. the Marshall Bluetooth speaker was awesome, going to go buy one for home.

Our stay was wonderful. A couple suggestions though, 1) install slow shut toilet seats. the non-slow shut are very loud. 2) Upgrade your TV's so you can at least stream content from your phone. (took 2 days to figure out where the outdated scrolling guide even was). 3) We stayed 3 nights, so this is more for longer stays, but it would have been nice to have a small microwave in the room, just to heat up leftovers and coffee.

I really loved the live music in the lobby, it provided a great atmosphere and as a single female traveller, I felt the lobby was intimate and I was happy to sit there by myself and enjoy a drink and the music. The staff were all very happy and provided friendly and efficient service. I also really loved the self service snack area - what a great idea :)

Both computers in the business centre were not working and I needed to print a document, luckily the reception desk was able to help.

Clean, modern rooms with really nice beds. Friendly and quick check in. Live music and fun atmosphere in the lobby, plus an outdoor central seating area with cushion seating. Great vibe.

Was loud during the day outside such as car noises but was quiet at night. Only got two bath towels, would've been nice to have had four.

That you now have to pay to park at this location. Seems ridiculous at a suburban hotel. Even though it wasn’t terribly expensive, it was a surprise to find that we had to pay once we got there. I didn’t see anything in the confirmation that I would have to pay for parking. It was disappointing.

The property was very clean, staff was very friendly. The rooms are great, each one feels like a safe little bubble with so many cool features. I just love how each aloft is so different! This one really gives you a warm welcome.

The beds were a bit harder than some, we were told about a pool- supposed to be heated but it was very cold. Not sure if it was supposed to be open to the public or not, but otherwise it was great!

It’s pretty, has alot of areas to hang (pool table, games, lounge, indoor pool but NO hot tub). Bluetooth speaker in room. Rooms overall clean.

TV Remote was disgusting, covered in gunk that was clearly built up for a while. No hot tub in the indoor pool area (which was very cold, definetly was not heated). No ice dispensers on the floors, you have to go down to lobby to get bags of ice.

Location is prime! Love the decor and modern and clean feel. Love the scent as you walk in. Everything is always perfect!

Would love to see a comfy chair in the rooms and something so that the mattresses don't slide off the metal base.

Josephine and leslie were great! They checked us in upon arrival, gave us a fresh glass of flavored water with fresh berries. Our room was spacious and very quiet. We stayed one night and easily could have stayed another night. An Uber ride away from everything

I like that the check in was smooth and the place is modern and clean. It didn’t feel dated in any aspect. Decorations were pretty cool and the lobby didn’t make you feel like you were in a hotel lobby. More like an upscale lounge with a pool table and bar.

At check in I was told a free complimentary breakfast would be offered but you had to pay and the choices on the menu were not a broad one especially for kids. Menu is not kid friendly but the stay was good. Also the I had to flush the toilet twice when using it.

The location was perfect.. Close to everything that I needed for this trip.

That the breakfast was not included. When I booked the stay I saw breakfast and thought was included. Was kind of disappointing.
