The bed was extremely comfortable, the housekeeping great at keeping the room stocked with towels & toiletries. Rooms were clean & quiet, couldn't hear neighbors at all & rarely heard noise from the hallway.

Breakfast food wasn't very good. We found a live spider in the room, which we killed immediately. The morning staff was short, so the front desk attendant wasn't very friendly & seemed aggravated when bothered to help guests checkout, extend checkout times, and work on refilling the breakfast.

The bedding and pillows were absolutely fantastic and we much appreciated after a long day. I truly enjoyed the breakfast in the morning, particularly biscuits and gravy. It set the day with a good start.

The one area for future improvement would be the furniture, particularly the space for hanging garments. That closet space was particularly small and difficult to accommodate the wardrobe.

The location was great, the breakfast was delicious. We can't give an accurate opinion on the room size because we were given a handicapped room.

Our card has literally gotten charged twice for our stay! It initially got charged & the money was completely taken out of our account on Friday before we arrived. Then we checked out, got home & our card was charged again & the money was taken out AGAIN!! We called the hotel they said it was our banks fault & my husband & I know that's a lie!! Also, we were given a handicapped room on the first floor that was at the end of the hallway with lots of traffic passing by most of the night. In the mornings our room was filled with smoke from meat being cooked from the breakfast down the hallway & all our clothes reaked of the smell! The TV remote was FILTHY!! It looked as if it had never been cleaned!!

Very clean and updated room. All Staff members were pleasant, and housekeeping was excellent. Breakfast is good, and love the 24/7 access to fresh coffee and creamer.

I enjoyed how clean it was and how safe the area was. The breakfast was fantastic. Had so many options.

The shower curtain needed to be changed and had to ask for more towels since not enough was provided.

Breakfast was great, king suite was very accommodating for my sister's wheelchair.

It is not the fault of the hotel, however, people in wheelchairs are not able to transition to the bed because of its' height. She slept on the chaise/daybed.

The pool was freezing, we asked for a late check out and was told 12 which was great, do not disturb was on the door and staff kept coming, even at one point they walked right in… so no communication

Check in was smooth after booking online. Our room was clean and well maintained. Breakfast had several different hot and cold options and my family was happy with the stay.

We paid $334 for a night stay. It's ridiculously high for this location, and considering it was express and not 5 star.

Facility was nice and clean. They layout was nice. Kids liked our room and slept well. Pillows were comfortable as was the bed. Everything was newer which was nice.

Needs more protein at breakfast. The yogurt was high sugar. Lots of carbohydrates, and we're typically a low-carb family, but can't eat pork, so turkey sausage or bacon would've been nice.
