There were tea bags available and means to boil water other than using the coffee maker. It was helpful to have a refrigerator available. I appreciated being able to use the exercise room.

I couldn't immediately get into my room as the door block inside the room prevented the door from opening. I had to go downstairs to get the desk clerk to maneuver the door block back into place.

Facility appears to be relatively new. We enjoyed having the well supplied kitchenette. TV was large. Facility is very clean and well kept and the staff is friendly.

We were on the top floor (4). We had a thunderstorm. We could hear the water running in the guttering system. If we would have stayed in a room on a lower floor, I'm guessing we may not have heard the noise.

Very clean new hotel. Had full-size fridge, dishwasher, and stove top. Very quiet location next to cracker barrel and gas stations. I'm a traveling musician, and it was the best hotel i have stayed in for a while.

Can't think of anything I didn't like. They should have more candlewood hotels.

The front desk employee when we checked in…not friendly at all, acted as though we were putting her out by checking us in. Very short with a couple questions I had. However, the 2 employees in the a.m.were absolutely amazing at checkout. Very friendly and had a great banter with my daughter & I. Night & Day difference from the lady the previous evening.

it was clean and modern and was in a good location. The beds were comfortable and the shower was great. Several restaurants were close by and there was plenty of parking.

There was a little issue upon check-in with something not showing up thru Booking.com, but it was resolved by the next morning. We checked in late Friday night and our room never got cleaned and we had to ask for towels and washcloths on Sunday. one of our sheets had dried blood on it, but no one in our group had been bleeding. Definitely not reasons to leave, just a little aggravating. Would stay again.

Location was great, right off the interstate about 20 minutes from downtown Columbia, TN. Room was very clean, plenty of towels and pillows in our room. Outside of the property is very clean, along with the lobby.

We liked everything about this place. Staff was great, place as clean, room was spacious. Pet friendly with a great place to walk our dogs. Location was perfect for all amenities, freeway and close to my family's house.

Without power the very first night until around 7 or 8 p,m, the next day, I know it wasn't your fault but I would like to get my money back for the first night since we had to stay in the dark & coulkn't take a shower because no hot water.

We really liked the space. It was super nice to have a full kitchenette and not worry about where to put our food!

House keeping didn’t come, there was no tea or coffee whitener or sugar in the room. There were also a bunch of ladybugs randomly in the room and some dead on the floor. Overall it was good and a great price but when housekeeping didn’t come I started to question the cleanliness of the hotel
