Breakfast was dellicious. Just what I wanted. Food was sufficient. The eating was very clean and inviting. Staff was friendly, knowledgable and willing to help. They smiled and acknowledged me when I was in the area with a smile or head nod.

I liked everything. No complaints. From registering to shopping to eating and sleeping, friendliness, knowledgeable, were concerned about our comfort and willing to help with driving directions. If that employee did not know the information I needed, they found someone who did.

Clean rooms and common areas, that’s always the best. Staff wasn’t exactly friendly (not that they were rude, just a simple transaction with no personality), but handled everything great.

The location was close to Columbia, Franklin and Spring Hill. Staff was helpful and prompt when we had an issue with the tv. Housekeeping was very friendly and did a great job at checking in with us during our stay to see if we needed anything. The pool was nice and very clean. We also very much appreciated the large shower in the bathroom. I've never had one where you could stand away from the water while adjusting the temp, my husband really liked that! The breakfast was also wonderful and well stocked.

There was construction going on and the turn to the road with the hotel was hard to see, especially at night. Not well marked or lit. I'm sure that once construction is over with that won't be so bad. Otherwise no other complaints.

I was traveling to Florida with my wife on vacation. On our trip from Ohio we stayed at a Holiday Inn Express in Columbia and the whole experience was very unpleasant starting with check in and it went downhill from there.on our way home we stayed at the Fairfield in Columbia and what a difference starting with a professional check in and a very clean comfortable room,the breakfast was excellent and everything about our stay started us out with a well rested trip back to Ohio. We will always stay at a Fairfield location when we travel. Thanks to all the staff for a very pleasant experience.

The atmosphere was great and it smelled really clean and it looked very clean..... The staff was friendly as well.

The pool was not available due to remolding other than that it was a nice place to stay.

The breakfast were great and Mary the lady that worked on Sunday 8/20/2023 went above and beyond to make all the guests feel welcomed. She greeted every guest that came in

there is really nothing I didn't like.

The hotel was nice rooms were spacious bed was comfy. Pool was good temp.

Pillows left a little to be desired (personal preference) Breakfast was lacking on some days.

Breakfast and dining room were excellent. Clean, spacious room. Easy check in, check out. Excellent value for the money.
