We love the room and the spa bath.

The bed was messed up and when you went to sit down on it, or turn over, it would make an awful noise. There was pee standing in the toilet when we checked in. It doesn't look like they spend very much time, at all, cleaning in between guests checking in. The floors and spa bath are always nasty and you have to clean the spa bath to be able to get in it. All the furniture and bed linens are outdated. And we didn't have a do not disturb sign, so we were woken up early BOTH mornings to someone, not knocking, but BEATING on our door yelling housekeeping. My biggest thing, if I could change anything, it would be the overall cleanliness of the room, and the floor.

I like the fact that it had no carpet it was clean and conveniently located

The staff was very rude. When we arrived, I asked the gentleman at the front desk if he knew what the weather was going to be like over the weekend and his response was “nope don’t care.” mind you I have a phone I knew what the weather was. I was trying to be polite he was NOT

Modern tub/shower wit plenty of hand rails for safety.

Room booked as wheelchair accessible, however, an individual who uses a wheelchair would find getting in and out of the tub/shower difficult. Even with my arthritic back, I found stepping the sides of the tub/shower seemed higher than those in my home. A shower only with plenty of rails would be best.

I thought the breakfast were inviting and a great way to start the day. The rooms here are always clean and the front desk people helpful.

Being that this hotel is not a fancy one and is literally on a highway, when I stay for four or five nights a week, I really wish they could make a deal on the nightly rate. It seems like it gets more expensive, not less the more I stay there and so I have to hotel hop each week but I would really rather just stay here for the month.

The bed was the most comfortable!

The breakfast would have been better if there were sausage or bacon to go with the eggs

The shower was good, and the bed was comfortable. It was a good place to rest. It was very quiet. I did not have time to take advantage of the free breakfast, but I plan to next time.

When I arrived, it was raining outside. The floor in the room was wet. I'm not sure if someone had just mopped before I arrived or if the rain was seeping in somehow. The small coffee pot in the room did not work.
