Gorgeous accommodations, just as per their description and photos. Excellent service and restaurant was high quality. The location, with our rental car, was ideal.

The cost of the private pool area. The outdoor pool wasn't in operation/empty - understandable since it was just off-season (May 21st) or mechanical issues might have been the problem... but it is in their description: Bayhill Pool and Spa. Tip to Bayhill: Would've appreciated bike rentals at Bayhill to ride JeJu's "fantasy" bike trail. (fyi - There's no bike rental outfit anywhere close by and, even then, it was a hidden back-road mom/pop shop. Nobody was there and the bikes were in really bad shape).

The hotel was a uniquely designed state of the art building with generous apartments and villas. We stayed in a modern apartment with two bedrooms and a huge terrace with jacuzzi that we loved. The employees were very friendly and helpful. It was great we could wash our clothes in the laundry room for free. You can also lend board games from the reception. The public spaces were beautiful and the restaurant quite nice.

They should invest more in the gym. There was only pure cardio equipment. No weights, bands or other equipment. Also their restaurant already closed at 8pm - maybe because it was off season.

It is obvious that management has tried their best to make your stay comfortable. Everything one might need for a comfortable stay is generously provided including decaffeinated coffee pods and fizzy drinks and daily replenishing of bottles of water and coffee pods! The laundry area is a dream! Clean, very well provisioned. Only lacking an iron. Water pressure was very good.

More sofa/armchairs in living area. In a room meant for 4 pax, there were only 2 foldable sofa bed/chairs. Would have preferred firmer beds.

I stayed here in 2016 and really liked the spacious rooms (stayed in the villa) and cleanliness of the property. Coming here again in 2024, I was not disappointed as the management had kept the property clean and well maintained. The staff are very hospital, extremely helpful with our Hallasan queries and everyone spoke really good English such that we had no communications issues. Crystal, in particular really helped us with our Hallasan queries.

The outdoor facilities such as pool and jacuzzi can be better kept but I think it’s due to the sea water and rain that made keeping these facilities a challenge.

Fantastic and wonderful place. Staff was helpful and any refill requested was quickly delivered. The hardware was great and exceeded the expectations for a vacation.

The only bad thing is the strictness of the checkout. I've been around many hotels and never have I been rushed out being 5 minutes late and then promptly 10 minutes after. I know the late checkout time is our fault, but paying a premium price, how we were treated for being a bit late ruined the experience.

I liked the temperature of the swimming pool , at first when I have checked the temperature in Jeju, I have thought whether the pool needs to be heated, but when I've tried using the pool at night time 23:00 , the temperature of the pool was actually warm enough and close to temperature outside.

I didn't like the location of the hotel, I and my partner were going to Udo, and it was far. Despite the location, I personally think this property is outstanding and is worth the time to stay and take a taxi to anywhere else.

too bright lights from all gadgets and aircon in the room, actually there is no bathroom, the place for washing at the bathroom sink was too small / no hangars for clothes and towels / same for the shower which need to be entered through the toilet, no places for hanging clothes and towels, expensive kitchen

The place is a wonderfull, modern and friendly small sized complex with very kind and helpfull staff. The room is good with complimentary drinks in the fridge. The restaurant Narnia is an absolute must ! We had dinner there twice because of the quality of food and wine. Bayhill and pool is the place to be if you don't want to go to the mega huge 4-5 star hotels in the Jungmun area, like Parnas and Marriot. We visited those to compare, but we were very with our choice of Bayhill.

Little bit more maintenance on the property would be good and more menu's to choose form for dinner

Awesome and extremely kind staff. They were very caring about us having a comfortable stay. The location is great too. It was also very quiet and the rooms were big and comfortable. The room service food is also very decent. The Narnia restaurant is on the upper end scale and offer very nice romantic dinners during the sunset. Spa facilities is also very high quality and operates until quiet late.

The gym is ok but only has cardio machines (treadmill, elliptic, spinning) but no weights unfortunately.

Great facilities and location, suitable for families. Private pool and SPA is the highlight there.

Even though there are large villas they don’t have washing/dryer machine so you have to use the laundry facility in the main building. Not practical for those staying for long periods. Besides that our stay was very comfortable and nice.
