The view is sooooo good, i really love it. It's easy to see the sunrise, the mountains and even sunset. The room is spacious, clean and cozy. There are a lot of windows and a balcony making the room airy. We have almost everything there hair dryer, bosy wash, body lotion, shampoo and even cotton. We have the floor heater and also the electric blanket so it's too good to keep warm. I didnt use the blanket because it's too hot inside. The breakfast is good and the owner is soo beautiful as well ❣️🥰. Because we rent a car so we feel the location is perfect. We visited Camelia hill, o'sulloc tea museum, and many parks and forests near hear. We did ride a horse, go on the road near Hallasan and we also drive to visit aquarium jeju on the east side of the island. Near the pension are very good restaurant and we can easily have bbq chicken just 5 mins walking there which is my most favorite food hhhhh.

My bf said the parking lot is quite tricky sometimes but i feel it's okay because i didnt drive anytime and i have a good driving skill bf T.T. there are two things i dont like that much are the lights and the scent in the room. It's too dark in the room. The floors made of wood, all the furniture are brown color and the yellow lights make it too dark. Or it's just my preference but i almost cant read a book or do my make up with the lights there. Sometimes my eyes feel quite uncomfortable. The other is the scent of the bathroom. It's clean but i still felt the quite bad scent inside due to the drainpipe (maybe) so it might be better to place some perfume or fragance oils.

The property has a very home like feel to it. The owner was polite, kind and helpful. We had our laundry done free of charge. The beds were very comfortable. The room size was the biggest we had stayed while in Korea. The room had a great shower too.

I agree with the other comments about the location of this property. It is in the middle of nowhere and you definitely will need a car. We stayed in the ‘shine’ room, we were spooked by the tv making a noise even when it was turned off in the middle of the night. We couldn’t figure out why so we just unplugged the tv.

We had an amazing stay. The owners were very friendly and helpful. They even offered free laundry service. The breakfast was great and there was so much every morning. We really enjoyed it. The room is huge and you have your own balcony. The backyard is also great with good views over the ocean. You needed to take the bus to the main street in order to get anywhere (bus stop is a two minute walk) but our location was quiet and peaceful and you could easily get to the beach. I would highly recommend this place. We enjoyed staying there a lot.

As others have said, the owner and his wife were so lovely and thoughtful and always went the extra mile. We didn't have a car but managed buses well and one day, they passed us waiting and took us to seogwipo. A beautiful nature reserve at the bottom.of the property thar leads to the sea. My husband walked to jungman for surfing. Lots of lovely eateries a shott drive, 40 min walk or uber. Breakfasts were yummy! .

I loved everything even the rooms having names.

I liked the view, the calm and spacious environment, the cleanliness of the rooms and the kindness of the staff, specially the Chinese lady on the breakfast time. The owner himself was also quiet responsive on phone. The value to the quality was in the end very good.

As there was no elevator, it was difficult to move all my stuff including the baby stroller, suitcases and all stuff to the 3rd floor. There was unfortunately no response to the messages in "booking.com".

We had a wonderful stay! the room was huge and the bed was very spacious and soft,the balcony was gorgeous thanks to the beautiful view of seogwipo, we came with a car and there was a parking spot which we were greatfull for! Breakfast was super tasty and felt homemade which made us feel very welcomed, the staff were very nice and helped us with everything we needed, I truly recommend to anyone who's wanting to stay in seogwipo which is already a beautiful place to book this hotel!

The size of the room, cleanliness, balcony, breakfast.

The " suite with seaview" stated in the booking was misleading. We had expected the balcony to face the sea, but instead, it overlooked the carpark. The only "seaview" we ended up with was through a smallish window above the bed. The furniture and decor are a bit old school and tired looking, albeit well- maintained. Do note that the property is far from the sea, amenities and restaurants, so you need to drive.

The room is very spacious and Jeff is super nice!! How nice that the aircon is turned on prior to check-in. Stayed at 3 places so far and this is the best. We had such a good sleep there. The location is quite near sanbangsan and olle trail 10, camellia hill etc but quite far from seongwipo city (30 minutes drive). Overall still good and quiet location.

Limited choices for breakfast but the fruits are pretty fresh.

Mr. Jeff Kim and his wife went out of their way to provide me and my friend with assistance. My friend had broken her foot so they drove us to a medical clinic and helped to translate. Their hotel has amazing views, great walking trails a few minutes away and spacious accommodation. The communal areas are cozy, homey and breakfast is served with views of the sea. Also lot's of cozy cafes and great restaurants a short drive away.

The staff were super welcoming and really nice people. The trail walking and scenery in the area are also a stand out. Also being able to see the water from the place was a nice bonus

Nothing sticks out to me personally as I didn’t have any expectations that I can necessarily critic.
