The facilities in the lobby, restaurant, in-room, wifi, television, the complementary breakfast menu etc

We did the lunch on the day we checked in, we ordered standard bengali food items, rice, dal, fried potato and katla kalia & pomfret. The quality of the fish was not satisfactory as I found the fish was not fresh and the gravy used was a stappled one from a common pool and used in the fish. The prices seemed to be on the higher side considering the quality that you delivered.

very good hotel , worth the money. Le Roi Digha, is an excellent choice for travellers visiting DIGHA. It has a beautiful set up and many useful amenities that are there to make your stay better. The hotel's location is superb.

Exceptional service. Two incidents were outstanding. We were traveling with a couple of young children and were expecting to reach around 2 PM. So we called ahead and ordered the food for them. We reached around 1:45 PM and checked in. A few minutes later there was a call from the restaurant saying the kids' meals were ready and asking if they should bring it up to the room. I have never seen this anywhere else where they proactively tracked when we checked in and reached out on their own. Another incident was about room cleaning. That service is available till 5 PM but we hadn't been able to get it done. In the evening while going out I requested them to just have floors cleaned and the water bottle replaced if possible. When we came back we found they had completely cleaned and done the room. We found every single member of the staff to be helpful and welcoming. The property was clean and well maintained. The food, including the buffet breakfast, was very good. It was truly a very satisfying experience.

Nothing as such. Only thing was the rooms are a bit small with just adequate space to store two pieces of small trolley bags (the airline carry on type). With a larger number or bigger size of luggage the storage might be an issue. But there's space on the floor to make it manageable.

Overall stay with hotel was good but I never want to go for booking with Booking.com

Even after giving the information of total person. They not updated and I had to pay extra amount. It was worst part of booking.com I also want refund back the amount which was charged extra Even after prior information of guests list

It'd best compared to other hotels in that locality. Slightly over priced for the room size. However was very clean nd a pleasant stay

Lunch was exceptional 👌. Tandoori roti sabzi.. chicken all were good. In Dinner Biriyani was not that tasty.. over powered with some essence.. Breakfast menu need improvement... hardly could have anything.. we adjusted with boiled eggs.. steamed veggies ... bread and butter.. rest all not all good... try to add some healthy options instead of maida items. Idling was damn pathetic... need lots of improvement

Food was too much expensive . Also as a 3 star property there are no indoor game facilities.

The price of the food is little on the higher side which is not matching with the quality and quantity. Buffet breakfast with good variety should be included.

Excellent location..just near Digha railway station. Clean and well furnished room.. Staff very helpful.. Ms Mousumi gosh is very helpful.
