Staff are the best. So helpful. From the check-in staff to the porters to the waiters to the very friendly barman. The room was beautiful. Spacious bathrooms and comfortable beds. They have a free minibar with water, soft drinks and snacks which they restock every day! Lots of parking spaces. They have electric tuktuks on site to take you from the room to breakfast which is very useful if it is raining. Breakfast was varied and good quality. We had dinner in the restaurant both nights. Good food and drinks at reasonable prices. They organised a boat trip for us to the floating market which leaves from the canal behind the hotel. Only 600baht for the boat for 90 minutes.

The floating market itself is underwhelming and extremely touristic but that is not the hotel's fault. But the boat ride was nice

Room: -Bed/pillows are very comfy -fully equipped with everything we need -minibar is included in the room rate, very easy to manage -F&B are superb, especially breakfast buffet lines are amazing -salt water swimming pool with jacuzzi -hospitality is top -invention of the electric vehicles are interesting

-cannot eat around the swimming pool -tomato soup is too creamy -bath tub area at the private villa are not private as it says

It was a 10 minute tuk-tuk ride to the floating market. The hotel grounds are large and they have some interesting things to offer (a bike / electric car track that our kids thoroughly enjoyed). The pool was interesting...very long, clean and decent temperature.

The food in the restaurant was high end. We would have loved some more basic Thai food options. We stayed 2 nights here and definitely would have been fine with just 1 night. There's nothing else in the area to walk to.

Always a pleasant stay coming here. A nice quick getaway not too far from Bangkok to spend a quiet time relaxing. All the staff were very helpful and attentive despite being the busiest time of the year (songkran).

I recall breakfast buffet used to be a little more impressive than this time, but that was a minor issue and it was still good.

The beauty of the facilities (both by day and by night), the professionalism and helpfulness of the staff who made our day worry-free by advising us and booking a cheaper boat tour and getting to the minibus station to Bangkok, the sumptuousness of the breakfast

The rooms were not really soundproof

Best Resort we have stayed in Thailand in terms of quality and value for money combination. We stayed in two small villas which were very clean, cozy and comfortable with great facilities. Bed was amazing- best night sleep after 21 days travelling through Thailand. Clean and modern aircon.

Expensive to get to and from by regular taxi as other cheaper options were not available.

Staff were very proactive. Reception room seating facility with free coffee good.

Lighting in rooms could be better especially bathrooms for shaving and no reading lamps meant it was hard to read at night Also only one bedside table and 1 chair so room for 2 was problem. There was space for these items to be included Shower temperature was hard to control.

Facilities, gorgeous reataurant which delicious food and drinks, staff, atmosphere, hotel is in extremaly beautiful garden! „Gifts”: coconout, beverages, nice cosmetics kit! Impressive!

We wasn’t informed that rooms don’t have windows. It was only one but huge inconvenience and suprise… we didn’t expect it..

Clean, great service, room nice and comfortable, restaurants serve a good food & good service, we are could not made on the date we made a reservation because we had a car problem and the hotel very nice to let us postpone the date one day with no charge. highly recommended!! And would come back again for sure!!

The pool area could do with more seats or sun beds for people who are. Ot staying around the pool.
