The structure is very good for family and children

Clean of the restaurants and people who work there are always waiting we finish the food to take out the plates and stuff. It seems that we need to running to finish the food. Also during the breakfast the place Restaurant Terraço had a garnish in the floor

The entire mix of environments makes the difference. On one side I can enjoy the "beach atmosphere" with pool etc and the other side has lots of activities and games.

The reception is to slow and a woman 50+ years with long hair treated us bad. Also, the room was "full of" moisture damage and mold on the walls. It's unacceptable.

Awesome staff, lovely rooms, stunning outdoors… again… the staff at the front desk, the waiters at the restaurants they are absolutely lovely, genuinely sweet people, willing to help any time. Wendell and Anna and Gabriella at the front desk are AMAZING. Mr. Gonçalo or Gonçalves (Sir with glasses) at restaurant Villa Real is the sweetest most attentive man! Simply wonderful People at this resort. HR really does a beautiful job with their wonderful staff!

Very poor breakfast, and staff running around to close and turn the restaurant over for lunch hotel is a resort but also does a lot of Function and Business Events, however the organisation of restaurants is mainly focus on the big groups, as for us family looking to relax in a Resort ends up Being affected. Very loud ambiance at the restaurant, super busy… not a Luxury Resort vibe at all. Very high rate for what is delivered.
