It was peaceful quiet, very convenient and the front desk staff was wonderful

The room is very nice with the amenities that I needed. Love the view from the room and that I had a balcony (it appears that all the rooms have a balcony). Love the look of the surroundings including the hallways. The beach is not accessible in the true sense but still enjoyable because of the settings of chairs and the view. The shuttle service is a gem, I was more than appreciative of that service, like a life line - most valuable. Bigup to the shuttle driver and the shuttle service.

I didn’t like the location at first because it seem out of the way and out of reach of everything. This can also be a blessing if one looks forward to be out of the everyday hustle and needs peace and quiet environment. The only problem I had was locating my room and not having enough vacation time to stay longer.

I really enjoyed the hotel. The staff were friendly and welcoming and the facilities were as described. I thoroughly enjoyed the room, the inclusion of a fridge is a nice touch and allowed us to store snacks from a nearby supermarket. Bathroom was lovely and large, as was the room. Would stay again.

Only downside would be the pricing. Cheapest hotel I found on island, but despite this I had a lovely stay.

Loved being on the ground floor with access to the inner courtyard and being able to view the beautiful landscape as well as the bay. The patio was a bonus. I felt safe and secure as a solo traveler. staff were friendly. A second bonus was the complimentary shuttle:Tiveta and Damian were ever pleasant and accommodating. I appreciated their recommendations about different sites, restaurants and shopping. Overall, I was pleased with my accommodations and will definitely stay here again.

Housekeeping was questionable. The bathroom grout was moldy.

Room was very clean and spacious. The staff was pleasant to deal with. Replenishments of towels and coffee were always provided promptly. Drinks and their prices were quite good. The local brews are tasty and the prices ware not lower anywhere else on the island.

Too many speed bumps on the road to the hotel. I understand the concern about the golf course traffic, but those were excessive. Rental car is all but required for this hotel. I rented one regardless of this location, but little is within easy walking distance.

Everything was 100% awesome, I will be returning in November for another relaxing great Holiday. The entire staff from check in to check out, transportation, and dining service were excellent. Thanks for an awesome short stay Holiday Inn. Ezell McLilly Tampa Florida USA

Staff and Mr Alejandro (manager) were fantastic! Clean and beautiful hotel. Restaurant onsite is excellent food!

Falsely advertised as on 7 mile beach. It is miles away and very secluded back a LONG drive with a ton of speed bumps.

Loved everything about this resort. The rooms are big , beds and pillows so comfortable, beautiful place, restaurant and bar at the poolside. Tiki with grill and hammocks was so lovely.

I liked the atmosphere, but there wasn't any form of first aid kit or anything, also there wasn't any beach towels inside there, I am have been into tourism for years, I also have a cleaning company, I have ladies that clean hotels and condos, we go all out to make guests happy, I was surprised to find out that a an establishment as holiday Inn didn't have certain facilities.

I was indeed of rubbing alcohol, and there wasn't any at all there, not even a first aid kit

Clean and friendly staff.

It’s an isolated place from everything. Too far from the town and any establishment. Car rental is a must’ve. They don’t have shuttle service going to the airport.
