Nice clean bed, nice staff and pool was nice, especially for the flies. They were a pain 😢 but all good,breakfast grand.

It would be nice to have a list beside the chef doing omelette so one can point to it, and I have very little Spanish as I saw this being done in another hotel and it was good.

I love the staff, they're incredibly friendly and engaging. They are always patient with me and my poor Spanish. I really enjoy coming back to this hotels. After a few times I've gotten comfortable navigating around the neighborhood amenities and their facilities. Keep up the great work!

The facilities are a little run down, from the interior design and plumbing of the rooms. I'm not particularly picky, but I can imagine this would freak out a customer with high expectations. The rooms just need some love and maintenance.

Very friendly and helpful staff at check in and check out. We had lots of good restaurant options within 3 blocks. Room was super clean and quiet. This motel is on a quiet street and has multiple floors, so it spread out the ppl nicely.

The one elevator wasn't working so mobilizing 14 ppl and luggage took awhile. They had no crib available for our 10 month old. Beds are all double beds.

Great staff and very clean.

I loved everything about this hotel if I have a minor complaint it would be the food taking long to be served. I do understand they make everything from scratch which I appreciate.

Would have preferred to be closer to historic centre. There were two of us but only ever one sachet of coffee.

It was a nice property with an acceptable location. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were large and clean.

Only one of two small elevators was operating causing crowding and over capacity limits. The swimming pool was empty and not usable.

2 towels given. The front desk check in lady could have been a tad friendlier. Over all not a bad experience with then.

only one elevator working. not enough the food at the buffet was available. The bread was hard and I have to keep asking for each thing. like forks, napkins, more coffee, syrup, etc
