The rooms are clean, spacious and peaceful each with a sizeable balcony, air conditioning unit and lovely views. Common areas are really well kept generally but the building itself could do with a fresh coat of paint on the exterior as it looked a bit grubby. Lovely pool area right next to the bar and outdoor restaurant which both look really pretty at night. The staff here are so helpful right from our arrival; we didn’t expect to be able to check in straight away because we were a bit early but they made us feel so welcome and were really accommodating throughout. We can definitely recommend getting a taxi with Bartellemo (ask at reception to book) into Mazara del Vallo (for us, it cost €10 each way). He doesn’t speak a word of English but with a few phrases in our basic Italian and a little bit of help from reception, we were able to arrange time and location for pick up for an evening sampling Mazara’s beautiful scenery and enjoy a lovely meal without worrying about parking and driving through the little town.

Definitely needed some attention to the exterior and some minor repairs to bathroom (eg. chipped/ missing tiles, limescale build up on shower head)

The location was as described in the ad. There was a parking at the property A jacuzzi was on the balcony

The hotel is a 4 star hotel !! The wifi connection was very poor and could not work using it. The hotel was very old and furniture as well. Was obvious that it is not well maintained. The breakfast was very poor and not at a level of a 4 star hotel. The explanation given by the personnel when we asked for an internet connection was a way far from a professional one. In few words, the price i paid for my stay there does not correspond at all to the level of service the hotel is offering.
