Pool, but it was never open

I never use the property pool and in my room there was a plug with wires hanging out behind the bed. I was afraid to plug up the lamps. I’ll call the front desk to let them know. They did not try to move me or anything. The shower was so small. The room that they had for me they had already given them to someone else.

The staff and all housemaid where very kind and very welcoming love to go back again

The bed frame When I first got to my first room, the bed rail was vented in the middle so the bed was kind of folding in was really uncomfortable but as soon as I spoke to staff, they gave me a better room. Everything else was awesome.

The pricing was good on the booking dot com They that they serve breakfast

There was no security in the night time past ten o'cloc... it would be Nice to have a security controlling the area.At certain times of night people can sleep comfortably without hearing people yelling.. And they didn't serve Eggs in the morning with the breakfast or bagel

Great price, clean rooms and very accommodating staff.

Just one thing bring an extension cord. Can't say for all rooms but mine didn't have a plug but the bed. There's so many more positives than this little things

Shower room 214 not too good. And at night ppl hang out talking n yell loudly. Echo. Coke machine n snack. Neee to moved front office. It echo under Stairway.

The room ways great, clean,very roomy & Comfortable!

1st; Does not look theirs a nought parking spaces but I did find one??: 2nd; The carpets in the hall-ways seem tired? But I did not sleep in the hall-ways. They can be upgraded at a latter date; Facilities = my Excellent score

The young lady at the desk was wonderful!! She ended up giving me 2 nights for the price of one. I was pleasantly surprised when I realized it was very quiet. Great place

The ice machine was not working.

The staff members. The ladies did everything to accommodate me and my needs. You don't find hospitality like that any more!!!!! Thanks Ladies y'all are awesome!

The rooms are super small.Making the beds too close together. And morning maids half ass their jobs. Not the overnight housekeeper.

The breakfast was your typical grab and go breakfast. The things available were fresh. The price I paid was excellent for the location. The room was clean and to my surprise was also cleaned the next day. Overall for the price that I paid for I was satisfied. The location was also close to where I needed to be Odessa Regional Medical Center.

The only thing that I have to say is that there was some trash on the outside of the hotels that did take away from all the good the hotel had to offer. There was trash on the stairs. At first I was skeptical because I saw all the trash, but afterwards I was very satisfied. Think maybe grounds keeper needs to make a few more rounds.
