Self check in works well. Very new establishment and probably premier motel in the region, certainly in Boorowa. Very quiet central location. Great bed and fittings. Could do with a sofa. as there is plenty of room and only one casual chair. An extra towel rail would be handy for the second towel.

A bit difficult to locate with only a small sign on the driveway. It is located behind a hotel so not visible from the road. A larger sign outside would make it easier to find. Parking is a bit strange and the car may need to be parked around the corner from your room, not so good for loading up when it is raining. Needs a vertical draft stopping strip along the handle side of door where freezing cold air comes in.

Our two nights’ stay at the Ned Ryan Motel was perfect for us. The room was spacious, most comfortable, spotlessly clean, quiet and convenient to shops, etc in beautiful Boorowa. Although we had no contact, or saw staff members, during our stay communication regarding room number and code was emailed on the day of arrival. A comprehensive Information booklet provided all relevant details for the motel and the district.

Everything we needed was there.

Excellent very clean facilities, wonderful location. Close to everything on main street yet extremely quiet. A most comfortable bed, beautiful wool blanket. Enjoyed reading the history of the area and the link to the Motels name's sake. The picture decor that included reference to this early local and the wool industry was both interesting and appreciated. A delightful stay would highly recommend.

Fan in bathroom does struggle so did the bathroom as a result, possibly because such a large-scale room?

I like everything about the Ned Ryan. The staff are so kind. They are thoughtful, generous and go above and beyond every time I stay here. The rooms are spacious, spotless, comfy and well laid out. It's right in the middle of town. Such a blessing to have a place like this to stay at whenever I am in Boorowa.

The close proximity to the town centre. The cleanliness of the room. The size of the bathroom was great. The shower was great after a day of travel in the heat of summer. The air conditioning was quiet and very effective on a hot day. The mini fridge was big enough to place a few items of food and drink. Parking was easy, just park opposite to your room number with no worries. I short walk to the pub where we came across a couple of wonderful locals eager to chat. The bed was large and very comfortable. Check-in was easy with a message sent via my phone with details of the entry via a key pad. The TV was large and placed appropriately on the wall. There was a lounge and a table with chairs to sit on and have a meal.

There was nothing that we did not like. All was to a high standard

Everything. The motel is obviously newly built Entry to rooms are via keypad code.. The room was huge as was the bathroom. Decor is modern. Clean and a very comfortable bed. Apparently the pillows and quilt are filled with local wool. Also provided are tea, coffee, milk and bottled water. Bathroom has branded shampoo, conditioner, bodywash and hand soap all which were beautiful products (not sure if locally made)

Location was in the center of town perfect location easy to get to. Within walking distance to all you needed. Room was very nice and clean. If I was to stay in the area again I would not book anywhere else ☺️☺️☺️👍👍👍💜💜💜

Housekeeping opened my door in the morning, before checkout, without knocking. I stayed at Ned's because I had a very late night astro photo shoot. I left at the time I needed to. DO NOT enter a room until after check out time, and especially without knocking. The hotel was not booked out. Surely there wasn't such urgency to turn around the room.

Great location in centre of town though very quiet. Stylish rooms, spacious and clean. Excellent facilities. Boutique experience. Highly recommend!

Check-in required phone call as no on site staff at time and text link for entry had not come through (late booking) though very straightforward.

Breakfast? The room was fresh, the TV easy to manipulate, the tiny garden was an attractive outlook.

Unfortunately, the shower in Room 3, floods the bathroom floor. I was fortunate to catch someone passing through the office who supplied a fresh set of towels.
