What an exceptional place! If you like destinations off the beaten path, this hotel is the perfect place to begin. The owners are absolutely lovely and very helpful with suggestions on how to get around Saipan. The home cooked breakfast is beyond delicious and the beachfront location peaceful and gorgeous. The rooms are spotless and well appointed. This is the best hotel experience I have had in years.

Excellent stay, couldn’t recommend this property and the owner MJ enough. Such a hidden gem and my girlfriend and I felt so welcomed and comfortable. It’ll be hard but if we ever return there’s no where else we would stay.

The location was nice I really liked the fact that it wasn't so close to the main area. You can have privacy with your own beach nearby. The rooms were clean, the beds were soft, bottled water was provided at not cost, beach towels were available whenever you needed. THE WI-FI IS THE FASTEST ON THE ISLAND THERE IS NO EXTRA FEE TO MAKE IT FASTER, IT'S JUST FAST. Trust me I've been to Korea. The best thing about this hotel was the owners. They went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed and if I needed any guidance or recommendations they were readily available to give me information that I needed. If go back to Saipan I will definitely promote this hotel to my crew. If you need a ride to the airport or just ask and you will be taken care of by the owner.

No complaints one of the best hotels in Saipan. You either need a rental car, taxi, or shuttle to get to the hotel (But rentals are cheap here).

The hotel is spotless and the attention to small details, especially in an island hotel in the tropical Western Pacific, exceeded my expectations. This is a small hotel, and the value provided by Amjad and Elma is substantial. The bed linens are clean, comfortable and thoughtfully selected. Water pressure in the hot shower is excellent. The split A/C unit functions almost too well. I only had a short overnight stay. The value of this small property compared to the larger properties up in Garapan is significant. Stay here, enjoy some Saipanese hospitality and enjoy being in a quieter part of the island, on the beach. The owners will transport you to the airport for the same fare as local taxis upon request.

Just a matter of preference, but if I was going to Saipan again I would stay in the main tourist area – There was no real advantage to me and being in this location and I would’ve preferred to be where they were more restaurants and activity.

Close to the beach, close to town and the restaurants and bars. Very roomy rooms with fantastic views. MJ and staff were more than personally helpful. Loved it!

The hotel owners are wonderful people, very nice and accommodating. The location right on the beach offers easy access to the water and excellent snorkeling. Security at the hotel is very good and we felt safe staying there.

The Saipan Beach Hotel and the hospitality far exceeded my expectations. It's beautiful and located right on the beach. When I visited, the restaurant was still closed, but the owners gave me recommendations for where to eat and even drove me to the grocery store to pick up breakfast items (there was a fridge and microwave in the room) and to a delicious Thai restaurant to get a takeout dinner. It's a quiet location and ideal to get away from things. Great for stargazing and watching the sunrise.

A married couple owns the hotel and essentially run it all themselves. They were AMAZING people. My husband and I had a booking elsewhere that did not meet our needs, so we canceled it and booked this hotel last minute. They were HIGHLY accommodating to our last minute booking. They even gave us a complimentary dinner as we did not get in until about 7:30-8pm. This was not expected and was delicious. The breakfast was also delicious. Highly recommend eating there and chatting with the owners. They are lovely people. They also allowed us to use the outdoor water after every trip to the beach to rinse off our snorkel gear. The site was very secure. They use CC TV to monitor the property and it was gated so I always felt very secure. I needed to find a laundromat nearby to wash our laundry while we were there but instead our wonderful hosts insisted on dropping off our laundry with them to be done while we were out exploring. Whether you are traveling alone, with a family, or just as a couple I think this hotel would exceed your needs and expectations for your trip.

The beach was amazing and very quiet. I really wish more people would vacation in Saipan. The owners are amazing and I cannot wait to come back.
