My daughters loved the waffles and enjoyed watching me make them.

I dislike the elevators going out of order sometimes and had to use the stairs all the way from 6th floor.

The bathroom was beautifully redone. big soaker tub. this is one of the nicest hotels in Timmins. I liked the location on the main road with a view of the river. Boston Pizza was next door for quick food. parking was around the corner out of sight from the main road. breakfast in a bag to go was available as well as sit down breakfast.

it was strange that there was no towel rack to hang wet towels. it was like they forgot to add one when they redid the bathroom.

The Complimentary breakfast was great they had some staple items but switched it up every morning. The hotel had a lot of amenities for my family and the room was a great size.

The breakfast was good. After an 8 and a half hour drive, my wife and I had arrived at the restaurant at 9:30, the bacon and scrambled eggs ran out and wasn’t topped up. I can only presume it was due to the remaining time for breakfast. Was a little disappointed but understood the circumstances.

The price was fair for the accommodation but expected it to be slightly less since it was in Timmins, Ontario.

Chairs in the room are uncomfortable, find this at most hotels. Would appreciate a comfortable place to sit especially when I am there for longer than one night.

Overall the stay was fine. The staff was friendly.

We had an issue with the plumbing and had to switch rooms. I found the price to be a bit high to be honest.

Breakfast was fine, some good choices. Location was good.

Wanted to use the pool but the heater wasn't working and the water was too cold to swim. Our grandsons were very disappointed. We told the front desk who said a part was on order but offered no other compensation.

The breakfast was ok but not great. Thin paper plates and small paper coffee cups. Real cups and plates if you were eating in the dining room or takeout containers and larger cups if you prefer to eat in your room would have been better
