We stayed two nights here in two different rooms. The hotel is spotlessly clean, and the staff welcoming, friendly, and had great local knowledge. The patios were fantastic with comfortable chairs & an amazing view. The rooms have everything you need for cooking (although we didn't use them) and the beds are soft and comfortable.

The rooms seem to be being upgraded, and the first room we stayed in is showing small signs of age. However, the second room was faultless.

Room was spacious, clean, quiet and well maintained, parking was available in the yard and many places were covered. View from balcony is amazing and in general we had a very nice and peaceful vacation. Host is careful and responsive. Best beach is Alikes on the left side, not the one which you see from balcony.

I did not like the privacy given by balcony separators between rooms, which are too low height. Some neighbor kids tried to jump over. At least two more glass bricks or a curtain would give far more privacy and safety. The first google offered access route from port is garbage. Route is shorter but runs overs hills on unpaved narrow road which lead us to an dead end. The way to go is second google option: from ferry thru Vila Hacienta and Alikes Camping on paved road, then only 200m of unpaved but large and decent road going up. Last 30m to the property are very steep climbing, need car and driver in good condition :)

Very conveniently located between of the best Ammouliani beaches. The view is breathtaking, one can wake up to it every morning for the rest of your life. The room itself is very well, beds are of queen size. The air conditioner was enough to cool down the room in the hot weather. The cleanliness was topmost. The supplied bed lines were great too.

The glass brick dividers between suites may look cool, but not really making you feel private - everyone around you can see you. The bathroom could have been roomier and the shower could have been isolated with some sort of curtain or shower cabin - now when you take a shower the water splashes everywhere and since the floor is not very well leveled the water does not go into the drain. So next time you need to use the toilet you have to step into a puddle of water. An electric kettle would have been a nice addition.

Great location, near the beautiful Alikas beach. The room was cleaned, the sheets and towels were changed every third day of the stay. The staff is friendly and kind. The kitchen has everything you need. The view from the terrace is breathtaking. Will come back for sure.

Not that it bothered us, but there is no privacy on the terrace - it is one big shared space with all the other studios, though there is a dedicated table and chairs for each. On the other hand, if you go with your friends, it will be very convenient for you, since you can all enjoy together. The toilet facilities need some regular maintenance.

Lovely place to spend your holiday. Tranquility and silence are assured. The staff is kind and available. We had a room with a great view of the sea and the hills. The balcony is big enough for dinner or just chill with the sunset. The room itself is simple but large and comfortable. The location is perfect for the main beaches of the island, especially Alikes which could be reached by foot. The complex has private parking (some covered parking) and showers outside. Despite the fact that we stayed there for just 3 days, we could recommend the stay to be longer!

Thanks for all! Great place with stunning views of the sea and mountains. Friendly staff. The room is spacious and cool, has everything you need. A spacious terrace, where it is so nice to watch the sunsets!

The bed is comfortable and soft, but the pillows are very hard. Please replace them if possible.

The view is amazing and it looks exactly as on the picture. At night when it is quiet you can hear the sound of the sea waves The studio is clean and equipped with everything you need for a good and pleasant vacation. Suitable for families with children Friendly and helpful staff

It was very clean, they changed our towels every day. The location is perfect, only 2 min walk from the best beach Alikes. The view from the terrace was WOW, I realy enjoyed drinking coffee every morning with that beautiful view. Very nice stuff and in general very nice, calm and positive people in Ammouliani. We will come back for sure!😊

The view is stunning, very beautiful place surrounded by hills. the staff is friendly and very helpful :)

It’s more of a family property which we didn’t expect so for us is was noisy because of the many kids. I would say that you don’t have a lot of privacy if somebody is looking for this.
