A warm friendly welcome upon arrival is something every hotel guest anticipates. More than that, I was greeted by name and every time thereafter. At breakfast, the receptionist welcomed us with a smile while the egg station waiter cheerfully greeted good morning! He prepared and delivered the ordered omelette to the table with flair, without delay. Seeing that the wait staff was rather short, he was also quick to wait on guests’ tables. When we returned to the room at the end of a hectic day, my husband wanted to make a cup of coffee. Everything was in the room except boiling water. He walked a few meters to the water dispenser in the hallway. The inviting scent of coffee made me wish for a cup too, so he went a second time. A passing Housekeeping staff saw what was going on and without being asked, fetched an electric kettle for our room. Flexibility and sensitivity to guests’ needs seemed imbedded in the staff’s minds and hearts. This kind of initiative and genuinely happy, efficient service abounds across the hotel and overall reflects management’s meticulous training, motivation and value of their team. I highly recommend to visit this hotel when in Bacolod, Negros Occ Philippines.

I liked that this property is just across from toyota delearship where we drop off our car for service and the reason why we travel to bacolod. The staff and front office supervisor went above and beyond to accomodate us. The property is huge and beautiful, they have a nice pool. Our room is huge.

The food at the restaurant wasn't that good. We had to call multiple times to get our extra bed. We couldn't use the big pool when we went swimming because there were school kids who had their swimming lessons. The duvet insert had stains.

They upgraded their grounds and rooms. It really great value for the money you are spending. Food had also improved and reasonably priced.

Window type aircon needs to be upgraded to split or centralized. It is so noisy and you will never have good sleep. Noise from other guest is not monitored. Especially when there are big events. During the time I stayed there, people are screaming out their lungs at almost 11pm. Lastly is the breakfast should vary and offer wider option for foreign guest.

The resort had friendly and helpful staff. It had a good location and for the excellent service the cleanliness of the room, the restaurant/ bar, quality of food served in the local breakfast buffet, amenities and function rooms, it was surprisingly very affordable.

Location, facilities, staff and food served at the restaurant were exceptionally great. Room was really well cleaned and furnished with needed things. It always smells fresh and very satisfying to sleep after long days of tiresome fun . All employees met around the property were very courteous and respectful.

Unexpected and accidental toilet knob breakdown .. But help and fixing staff were provided and taken cared of right away. It was tremendously fixed and never happened again.

Our room is huge, clean and excellent for couples. The grounds is well kept and the restaurant offers excellent food. It’s really value for money.

Breakfast is basic but with the amount you are paying I think it’s just that okay. But there is always room for improvement. Foreigners or those with preference for western breakfast might not have options.

Everything was exceedingly good, especially the polite lovely staff. Free breakfast was lovely, and the menu for the restaurant was perfect.Weddings went on every day, so there was no shortage of romance in the air. The only issue we had were certain problems with the room. The overhead light fixture only dimmed, but never shut completely off and some of the recessed lights blinked. We had to reach up and physically covered the lights with foil. The bed was spacious and neat but really really hard.

Outside the city...no urban decay to look at. Room nicely appointed (by Philippines standards). Most staff very professional. Good views, nice pool, had a wedding happening right outside our room, 5 stories down. It was very romantic. Lots of good looking people here.

Front desk closes 10pm. Went at 945 requesting change for 1000 peso($20) to pay for taxi. Front desk clerk refused the request, staying she had already put away the money. Made no effort to help me. Wouldn't look me in the eye. Just kept doing her tasks. Felt like I wasn't important to her.

The room is very clean and spacious..and because it’s surrounded with trees it feels very relaxing.Also the location is very good as it is situated not far from Bacolod City and it’s near the Silay City Airport.. 😊

Not that I don’t like what they served but maybe they can add some more dishes on the breakfast buffet.

The room was so spacious! The bed was huge and it was equipped with standard resort facilities. The resort staff were also accommodating. They allowed us for an early check-in. Breakfast buffet was also delicious though the choices were not too many.

The toilet and bath were separate and were across each other. It was quite a hassle.
