We liked that we always felt so welcomed and especially the cleaning staff who do a really great work. We always were looked after as a VIP. We also thank the manager for assisting us with a personal staff member named Dan, who was so pleasant and catered for us anything extra needed. We loved our rooms ,with so much space,and comfortable beds and the high ceilings and the ambience was well done and presented. We will always come back 😊

The internet needs improving.

We loved how beautiful the hotel looks and how nice it was to be on the sky deck. Incredible views around the hotel while on the sky deck. The staff at the hotel are so friendly and took care of my family. I enjoyed breakfast every morning and I enjoyed the gym. The beds and sheets are very comfortable. The air conditioner gets cold and the water gets hot. The rooms were very clean and we got new towels everyday. There are nice size televisions in the rooms too. We can’t wait to stay here again. It was hard to say goodbye to the staff of Stonehill because they were the best part of our stay. Thank you

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. Stonehill is located in the heart of the city. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. They were friendly, helpful, and always had a smile on their face. We had a big room perfect for our baby to run around and enjoy, the bed was incredibly comfortable. We couldn't have asked for a a better experience, and we will definitely be coming back!

The daily breakfast was delicious and the staff were very welcoming & accomodating.

Bar fridge was too small for the Junior Suite we had. And the electronic door bell does not work with the other options like "make up room & do not disturb".

The venue is superior compared to other hotels in the county in terms of design. Not only for business, but caters for special events in the city. Well designed and international. Very surprised to find such a property in the Visayas, yet alone Bacolod.

Wi-Fi is terrible, not reliable at all. Had to use it in public areas, not really available in our room. Also, the corridors are not well ventilated, and not air-conditioned. Therefore, despite the great furniture settings there, no one really lingers there as it's quite humid. This place could use a swimming pool, and the gym is very much neglected.

It was near areas we needed to go to in a quiet neighborhood. The hotel was cozy, very comfortable with very welcoming sitting areas. Staff was very warm and accommodating.

Rooms were clean , public or shared areas can do with more cleaning/pest control, may be due to some areas being repaired in the property.

I always love the interior design of the place.

What I didn’t like was the drilling or construction around 8 or 9 in the morning? It was a bummer for sleeping. Also,at the breakfast buffet, I wanted to suggest a good selection of breads? This is the only property who doesn’t serve waffles, pancakes or toast at the buffet.

Really enjoyed the room. The staff was excellent. Good location for sightseeing

The shower hot water would consistently not work, but the staff was quick to rectify the problem. Internet Wi-Fi very spotty. The restaurant got worse as the days went by. The longer the stay the slower the service. The last day we were at the restaurant at 605 am and ordered the complimentary breakfast and we were the only ones there and it took 35 minutes to receive our food. The night before this we went for dinner and ordered a burger and the ribs. We were told they did not have either. We ordered 2 pizzas and it took 1 hour to get our order and the place was nearly empty. We had to have dinner boxed up and take it with us as we had plans to meet friends

Great Staff

Many minor flaws; Water leaks in rainfall shower. You see the water damage on the roof above the pipe. Mould in shower area. Some noise from bathroom, sounds like a trafo hidden above the roof plates. Annoying to hear. Construction site outside our room

The staff were fantastic friendly and courteous from the front desk to the kitchen and cleaners

Not much TV coverage and movie access maybe we didn’t understand the process
