It’s simple accommodation but comfortable and provides enough silence for rest. Good WiFi and Netflix are available. Staff are accommodating and ready to attend to your needs immediately. Free breakfast is a plus. It’s accessible too: near to downtown and malls.

Maybe they could replace towels that are not anymore “ pure white “ or do something to make it whiter since they are still useful.

The breakfast. Wanted a simple cup of black coffee no food and waited 30 min after asking 3 times and got nothing. Drove to 7-11 and bought it. Just take the breakfast idea out the booking as it doesn't work

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ One of the Best Budget Stays We've Had Before booking, I recommend checking out the reviews and photos from previous guests to manage your expectations. For us, it was a really good experience — definitely worth what we paid for a one-night stay. So far, this is one of the best low-cost accommodations we’ve stayed in. As a tourist, I always look for a clean place with useful inclusions, and this one checked most of the boxes. The room felt just like our master bedroom at home. It had everything we needed — a small fridge, cabinet, hair dryer, a sink outside the bathroom, a bit of storage space, TV, aircon — everything except a flat iron. But overall, it was clean, comfortable, and cozy. One thing I really appreciated was that they let us leave our things earlier than check-in time since we had a morning tour. They even offered to bring our stuff to the room once it was ready, and everything was safe and secure. Another bonus — it’s super close to the South Bus Terminal, around a 3–5 minute walk, which is perfect for DIY travelers like us.

The only downside was the breakfast. It took a while to prepare, probably because there weren’t enough staff at the time. Also, they weren’t very responsive to messages, so it’s better to call them if you need anything.

The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The two meals per day bonus was appreciated. Great value for the money, considering the usual prices in the Philippines.

Very quiet room even on bottom floor. Air-conditioning worked, bed was comfortable and staff was VERY nice and accommodating. The outside did not look promising but once I entered and experienced the room I was relieved to find a quality place to spend the night.

I think they should serve more food at their cafe as there isn't much nearby in walking distance to choose from and taxis and grab are very hard to come by

Friendly and accommodating staff

They serve typical Filipino breakfast. I wish they would serve fish, also. Overall they were very helpful. Since our flight was changed and we had to early check out, they suggested to serve the breakfast early.

They do not accept credit card. The room slippers and hair dryer are also not available in the room so we had to request for it.

Lovely clean and modern room with comfy bed and good air con. Room was nice and dark at night which I love. Bathroom had good hot shower and was clean but there was limescale staining on the taps. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was simple, tasty Filipino options only and nice coffee. Location is good, lots of tricycles to get you around.

It is on a busy road and the frontage is open so traffic noise can be heard all night. No water dispenser that we could see.
